15 to 20 ,1000 watters 5 ton a/c

I really don't want a heat thing.cooling bulbs co2 burner,fans( ballast will not be in room ).its a tree grow sealed room bare bulb.and big dehumidifier. I'm put please and thank you

5 ton will do about 15k max.

Start with all 20 on, then stagger and have 16 to 18 on, and rotate the ballasts every 1 or 2 hours.
