So I scoped my plants tonight and they are ready to be harvested. I am going to start flushing immediately. I have some Clearex.

1) How much water should I use to flush with? They are in 1 gallon pots right now.
2) What is the easiest way to pull a small nug off to test? Drying, smoking? I have a vape as well
3) Should I do a livestream weigh in of the harvest?!

Thanks everyone for following along with the grow. It's been great! Will keep updating this.

I've seen 3x volume of pots thrown around a lot for flush... but have no idea where that came from. I imagine the volume needed to flush is going to be dependent on the medium and feeding regimen as much as the container volume, but perhaps that is a starting point.

If you need to test dry real fast there is always the microwave dry method. I've actually stuck a few fresh nugs in the vaporizer (I use the herborizer) and it did work, but it vaped a lot nicer after it was dried for a few days and lost the moisture rather than going in wet.

And live stream would be hilarious!

Usually you do twice amount of the container. so you would want to use 3 gallons. As for smoking a sample, no matter method you choose its not going to be the best. But you could get a blow dryer and put it on low setting. Or have it over a light that produces heat. Just some examples for you.

I like to hold off on test buds but dehydrating it for a few hours should get it nice enough for a vape run... Excited to see what you going to yield! more then excited, closer to exstatic... Just got a 150 spectra fer me self, And diablo 3 :biggrin: everything shall suffer around me! have a good day mang!

I quit playing cause my gpu isnt quite up to full specs so im gonna quit playing til i can buy a better gpu and play it maxed out. Awesome Game!!!!

The Microwave method works; so does putting it in a convection oven on ~160-170°F and checking it periodically. Plus the MW can cook off trichomes, so...

Freeze drying units work ok, too. Not quite as well as patience, but there ya go. :)

They recently released the (limited) Beta (I've got a key but haven't played it yet - sorry, folks, holdin' onto mine, don't bother PMing me for it), which you can get access to with a Runic account if you're patient.

(Yes, I know, it's not quite out yet - and DIII is. Only took 'em 11 years! Enjoy. Uhhh, don't forget to eat and piss occasionally, too! :biggrin:)

So I am really sleep deprived due to Diablo 3. It's bad.

I am like a zombie right now. Here are some pics from tonight. Friend brought over a wide angle HD sports cam from SWANN. Got some behind the scenes resin video shots and pretty cool in tent shots.

I started flushing last night. 10-14 days left before chop!
