1200W First round SOLO

Hello all,

As an up until recently inactive forum member, Ive noticed quite a few things have changed to the layout here. I used to be a follower of the AAA Reservoir growers and now myself have a chance to be one. The past few years(cause of my inactivity) I've been under the tutorship of a licensed medical grower showing me the in's and outs to growing some amazing medicine. Recently we've parted ways and I've decided to set myself up a little room to have a go on my own. Details follow

Room: 4x8x8 Grow-lab tent, soil medium 10 gallon pots
Lights: 2 600 watt HPS Plant-max bulbs
Reflectors: 2 Sun-System Magnum XXXLs
Plenty of filtration and air movement not needing description
Strains: First round of 5 clones, Blueberry Hashplant(unknown breeder), Sweet Island Super Skunk(unknown breeder), William's Wonder(unknown breeder), Lemon OG Kush(DNA Genetics), and OG Kush also from DNA genetics.
Nutrients: Roots Organics along with added bat guano, and Plant Energy by Cornucopia.

Everyone is in their first week of flower and looking great!
Pardon the lack of trellis skillz, I did the order wrong setting it up, but branches are still being held. Next time will be better, as seen by the OG side LOL

The OG's and Willies are on the left and Blue hashplant and SIS are on the right! and then the last pic is a little fun I've had training the "Beast from the Northeast!" A sour diesel mother gifted by a friend which exploded when she got planted into her 75 gallon raised bed home for the summer months. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the time to finish in the given season out here so were gonna cut her down the night before the first frost and process everything into bubble

Something I've never seen before, please let me know if you guys thing this is just mutation or any other ideas. The seed stock is from a Lemon OG kush harvest this past winter that shot out about 300 seeds. It is showing 3 beginning leaves(round ones) and then it looks as though 3 true leave sets coming out after it..... No way it could have been pollinated as there was 0 males in the room of 3 plants. My guess is they hermied from stress due to lack of heat control. Anyways, lemme know what you guys think, and if anyone else has seen this before. Thanks

Hello again everyone!

Back for an update with my 4x8x8 room! We are cresting the top of the first week of bloom for these ladies and there's already plenty of change going on! And as you can see, I added 2 more ladies to my mix. There's a bit of a story where those came from but we will leave that for later.... Either way, 1 OG Kush from DNA, and then 1 more Lemon OG Kush. So all in all we're running 7 ladies in tally.

The bluehashplant seems to be the furthest along showing little ball nuggits. The rest are delayed a little bit as expected because the blueberry finishes in 55 days or so. The rest range from 65-80.

Quick update! As of right now, I have upped the number of ladies to 10. Added 2 more Lemon OGs, 1 more OG kush, and 2 more Willies Wonder. Once all the newcomers right themselves to the lights Ill post some more pics of flower updates. It seems though we will have a harvest of the first Lemon in the tent along with the Blueberry Hashplant, and then 1-2 weeks down the road we will be chopping down the rest of the crowd.

One strain......one harvest...... perpetual. Same age plants..... same size.... same start day....... same finish....easier long term management and sustainability..... just my opinion???? Question how big is your veg area?? Get set up so your pulln 24 to 28 zebras every 9 weeks. Or half of that in half the time. When I LST which I don't care for fill the screen completly in let it grow vertical about 5 node shoots high and even top the shit out of it so it stays even and u will get mad flowers in plain. My opinion again..... one plant per 4x4 and be able to access it on all sides so u can manage it. When u unzip tent it should be corner to corner shoots. Think about shorter fatter pots that way the root zone goes out as far as the branches desired length If your doing different strains they will stretch different as well as finish different times and then your trying to flush some and crop some out from a screen.... becomes difficult.

Veg area is quite small, currently residing the in the extra space of my bathroom with 2 flouro ballasts and a fan. All the vegglings are currently being trained by my hands whereas the ladies in the tent now were vegged by another person and then given to me. They weren't well trained at all just topped and supercropped at one point or other. I feel like I'd be able to get a more even canopy when I have babies started at the same time and trained the same way. And yep that's exactly how id train mine personally, give them 4-5 nodes, top, then supercrop when everything fills out below, produces a nice bush.

And the 1 lady per 4x4 area is actually something that has been tried with 2 extremely large ladies a couple rounds ago. So thats definitely an option, but me being who I am, I need my flavors. "Variety is the spice of life!" Can't just do 2 haha.

It most certainly is, and I would assume it would get harder and harder once the scale of growth goes up, but for my level when I can only hold 10 ladies in 10 gallon pots having the added thinking for different strains going at different rates isn't too too much trouble.

Once the ladies wake up for the morning, this evening, I'll have a couple more updated pics as we start the second week of flower. Naturally there's a few behind that were added into the tent 3 days ago but they will soon catch up. Next round will be different for sure!

Week 2 beginning update:

1: Just showing how packed the room is with 10 ladies and all the fixings
2: The blueberry hashplant cruisin right along at the head of the pack
3: Sweet Island Skunk showin her flowers a bit
4: The 2 new Willies wonder with her sister Willies to the right
5: The OG side, the lemon OG in back with hairs is the senior to her 2 new sisters next her on each side, and then the senior OG in front showing hairs, and her new coming sister on her right.

Good news!

Coming into the beginning of the third week of flower for half the ladies in the tent, the beginning of the second week for the others. I found the digital camera as well so Ill have some higher res pics once the ladies wake up this evening in about an hour!

Alrighty!

The camera still works, fucker is nearly 8 years old. I need to figure out the white balance settings to see things a little clearer but here we go with the flower update for day 20 for half the room and day 10 for the other half. I have the ladies next to their sisters just to keep them close even though they are different stages, I should rearrange but I think they're happy where they are. Just makes a mess sorting them out for you guys.

1: Blueberry Hashplant, shes cruisin' along, right on schedule, she will come down in 36-37 days.
2: Island Sweet Skunk, a lagger from the start but shes going along. a 72 day finisher.
3: Willies Wonder already developing that piney haze smell, yum yum
4: Half the OG side, with 20 day OG kush in front, and 20 day lemon OG in back right, and to her left is the short lil emon OG sister at day 10
5: Other half of the OG, with 10 day OG kush in front, and behind her to the left is the 3rd lemon, another short one at 10 days. and beside that the other 2 Willies ladies at day 10.

A lil quick update.

I opened up the room when the ladies woke up and smelled the blueberry right off the bat. Smells just like chocolate in this stage of bloom. Here's a lil porn for you guys of her at day 23!
