I would still wait and watch it for a while... It may start to pack some weight
later on but the flowers do look a bit unhealthy. Maybe while waiting you could
put some REAL seeds in veg? If after couple of weeks the plant is still not flowering
properly you could flower the seeds...

Yeah! i tought same 3 Northern Lights seeds are now in a glass of water il add my next growth here as well but im too lazy to raport of vegging

Are you foilar feeding at all? It looks like it is heat stressed to me, thats why I said it looks dry and sad, did you give your temps or did I miss them?

öhm i have like depending on if its night or day so 22-31 depends also on room temp.
butbut.. hmmhmm..Only the buds that touches the cooltube just there where the lamps hottest spot is so ONLY then the plant gets visible heat stress..
I'l add some pics today i try also to bend it a little.
now it has some tops touching the cooltube so few leafs are comming to be a bit dry ://
