these are in 2nd week of flower. I just raised my 400W to about 7 inches from tops. It had been 5 inches away when i got home from work. The glass doesn't even get hot on my light and plants seem to like it. Fan is blowing right at the plants and hole through light. Helps keep heat exhausted.
