1000w @ 25" Burning my Plants

The top of my plants is looking more yellow than green and I have it on good account that it's because of the light.

According to the many graphs I've come across, 25" should be fine for 1000w, but apparently it's not.

I have an AC running in the room and temps are 35C at the top of the plants and 24C at the bottom.

Thirty five C is 95 F,,, That is too hot at the top of the canopy.

Get a fan mounted up so it's blowing towards the top of the canopy across the room and move the plants away temporarily from the light (another half foot). Take temp readings again.

Are you running an inline fan to pull the hot air of the light and out of the room?

Alright, I moved the light another 12 cm or so.

I have an AC running through a cool tube to take out the 1000w of heat, but the AC is only on about 66% of the time.

If I leave the AC off, the temps reach 42C at the top of the canopy.

It's a small room, so I'm not sure how to position the fan.
