How is the smell unobtainium?? I love the way how some strains have a completely different smell in veg than they do in flowering.

Peace,
FG

this strain is very stinky in general. although i find it more so during the vegative stage. it has a skunky/lemon smell emanating from the plant. bud smell somewhat lemony and skunkish as well. when you give the stock a good rub allll you can smell is vics vapo rub! weird!! sure lets see some more pics of sensi star! and YES sensi IS THAT good!! hehe...

cuople new pics here... loooking real good. day 6 of flowering, stretching now! man i cant wait for the buds! i counted 20+ tops per plant figuring 20x8=160, 160x5(should get 5 gram buds off this)=800 grams! maybe im just stoend though... what do you think?

Skunky lemon sounds great!

I think your yield all depends on how much they stretch, but .8 grams/watt would be great.

nice....i was just thinking of ordering some sensi star but i hate trimming super leafy strains...is it that bad or just a little more leafy then normal?

also how did u train them...i couldn't tell in the pics....did u just bend them or did u tie them down?

and 1 more question.....do you remember your outdoor harvest date? i could kill 2 birds with one stone since i like to grow outdoors too but late sept/early oct is as long as i can go.....thanks and i hope u get a monster harvest of killer smoke bro

peace

these plants finished up mid sept outside, the pot was almost as good as inside. i hate those type of strains that are completly different when grown outshide! these plants were trained under a 5'x4' scrog screen with wheels on the bottom to get into the back side to train! these plants arent THAT leafy, but they do have a lower calyx/leaf ratio. the shake makes superb hash and oil though!

sounds great if they actually get done mid sept.

trained them by letting them grow throguh the screen then pulling back thourhg and to the next hole! not sure if thats the right way to do it... they seem to have taken to it alrite.. i tied a few branchs down that i couldnt pull through without breaking though. yes growdoc lets see em!! cant wait to s2ee how they turn otuu either dudes!

We used Sensi Star [BlackLabel] as a male to make the following (poly)-hybrids: The male used was a survivor, donated by the LGA :joint:

Saxon Axe (aka Northern Star) [fritillary seed]

Saxon Axe = Northern Light x Sensi Star.

Marbled White [fritillary seed]

Marbled White = White Pearl x Sensi Star

Both strains above sit at 56 days 12/12, after 14days 20/4. under 400-1000w hps. Saxon Axe smells of 'lemon n lime' when growing... Both strains are indictive of the parent plant 'Sensi Star'.

The 'White Pearl' [HighQualitySeeds] used in Marbled White was from 'feminized stock'. For this reason this cultivar is a sow n grow only. The seedline will NOT be continued.

The development of Saxon Axe is an on going project... :chin:

peace all

*N.B. PLEASE don't confuse Growdoc and me.
Growdoc is a pro. He lives for his plants. my shitty little poly-hybrids don't even come close... :D

looks like your crosses have added some bulk and made the bud less leafy! i find the sensi star never really hardens up like a good indoor strain should! nice crosses dude!

Thanks dude  The above is "their" first outing under hps... lol :biglaugh:

'Sensi Star' is also called 'X-Factor' in NL (it has won a cup under the pseudonym). The dudes at Paradise (Luc et al.) know their stuff  This is one of the main reasons we wanted to use this strain in a cross.
It's funny... it has such a big rep. ...and the lineage still remains unknown,,, :chin:

Very nice Sensi Star crosses DocLeaf! Hey Uno the Sensi's are looking great under the screen man cant wait for some budshots! Paradise is bringing a new line of feminised strains out here soon including Sensi Star so that will be a nice addition to the seed buyers. A lot better chance of finding a keeper female with a 10 pack of feminised seeds rather than maybe a choice between 5 girls in a regular pack. I love Sensi Star and love to see the beautiful buds growing.

my buddy that passed me the clones payed upwards of 200+ for like 10-12 seeds! i think thats a lil pricey, man it pays to have good friends!
