The best bulbs are the cheapest bulbs: Sylvania. You can get two for the price of one enhanced spectrum bulb.

thats kinda what i was thinking,bulbs are expensive and as i understand its all about lumens.

That's awesome to hear that the consensus is to go with decent, non-super-expensive bulbs. I've been falling for the $100+ Hortilux Eye bulbs for a long time and I'm relieved that I can move away from that.
