If you have ordered many seeds to another address and never had a problem before, I would guess that your address is the problem. I don't know about your internet activity (didn't do any research lol) but I would be a little cautious with your IP, maybe use a proxy now if you didn't before. But seeds are legal here so it doesn't really mean shit, other than they are going to keep a record of it for the future, if you ever get into real trouble.
The one thing about Canadian feds vs. the U.S. ones is that they do more info gathering than action, whereas the U.S. feds are the reverse imo - but the funding, manpower, etc aren't really comparable.
