Last year we made the jump and bought a 120year old farm here in Southern Oregon on the Rogue River.
Last owner ran cattle here for 40yrs before that it was a giant hops farm for 30yrs.

This is the beginning of a Organic Fruit Nut Veggie Small Farm, with OMMP and Recreational Cannabis.
Wish I could show you pics of the area and the house it's beautiful here on the Rogue.

This is what I will pursue for the next 20-30yrs of my life till I fade away.

Welcome to Station Z

This is the OMMP and Recreational Grow
I started building this about 4 days ago
32' x 24' x 8' Dog Ear Cedar Fence, with a steel reinforced door.
The fence posts are 12 feet long, sunk 3 feet into the ground with about 100lbs - 150lbs cement.

I finished this 2-16-2016

We can have 16 tree's 12 OMMP and 4 Recreatinal, right now I have 3 different Amazonian Sativa Pheno, 2 Girl Scout Cookies, a pure Thai from 1976, and a Royal Purple Kush.

I'm starting some BOG SSK, and pondering the rest right now.

@bigdank
Thanks Bro, always impressed with your work, actually follow your threads.

@bakebeans
well, been growing since 1974, but growing indoors since 92
have over 10yrs of guerilla grows in the AZ deserts and mountains.
and pride myself and what i have done over the years.
Hopefully I can do well with what I have to work with.

this is really my 1st serious outdoor grow.

Yeah, wish could grow out of the yard with all this land, but Oregon laws and my Wife say otherwise.
Gotta have it locked and not accessible to kids and people.

My biggest worries is the summer heat making that a oven, it really echo's inside this enclosure.

@krood
Thanks!

So we can have 4 rec plants *in addition* to our OMMP limit? I must have missed that.

If so, I'll be flowering 16 this year instead of 12.

guess I'm really fucking lucky, when I bought my farm we were given the water rights in the form of a 120year old water rights certificate. Our rights supersede state and fed. No one can restrict our usage supposedly. If they wanted they'd come and arrest me for something to steal them back.
I have a huge canal through my land, and I have a cranberry lagoon branching off that's producing 100lbs a week right now. I have flood irrigation...free as much as I need from the front flood gate.
Damn, so glad I'm not affected out here away from the city, and yes I'm bragging a little. feels good though, I don't have to deal with all that Recreational grower crap, and just stay legal as long as possible.
In 3yrs i'll have my mini organic farm blown up, one year in so far.
