Indoor Sativa's Ace, Cannabiogen, Chimera

Looking for a plant with only a cerebral effect for head stash. I'll be growing Cannabiogen's Destroyer, Panama, Chimera's Hawaiian Spice, Ace's Zamaldelica...all female seeds. With the exception of the Hawaiian Spice I believe they are all pure sativa hybrids. I have grown Chimeras Hawaiian ( the exact makeup of the parents is unknown to me) and it leans very equatorial so I included it here. I want a plant with no body effect...all head with a great buzz. I know each line offers a very different type of high but this very small run is to get an idea of plant profile, flavor, smells and effect...just get an idea of the line. This will be my first time growing pure sativa's indoors under led. I realize it will be a challenge but I look forward to it. They will be grown in soil and kept from getting too tall and will be pruned to keep them manageable for indoor flowering. Plants started Dec 1st and are about six weeks old.

Cannabiogen: Destroyer (meao thai x mex/col) , Panama (panama x panama)
Chimera: Hawaiian Spice ( ¿kauai electric/blood? x sweet skunk)
Ace: Zamaldelica (zamal x malawi/meao thai)

From left to right: dest, haw, pan, zam.

This is a better picture or the plants. The Hawaiian and Zamaldelica stretched the most and the Hawaiian was topped after the picture. The Panama has the most even growth at the moment filling nicely with good node distance. Finally, the Destroyer is compact and stout with a thick stem. The soil maybe too hot for these plants as the plants have some leaf curl and some burning. I'll try and fix that this week. I should be repotting into 1 gal to veg another couple weeks before they get their flowering pots. The order is the same, Des,Haw,Pan,Zam.

Quick update on the destroyer. This is plant is stout and much more branched than the other three. The Panama continues to grow perfectly and both the Zamaldelica and Hawaiian have been cut back in an effort to promote lateral branching and keep height down. Below is the destroyer at 6weeks.

Zam...

Zam...

Another update of the the progress. This is the Zamaldelica at 7 weeks veg. I topped her about 10 days ago and she responded by shooting out laterally quick nicely and quickly. Ill continue to prune and may start some mild bending before I start 12/12 in about a week or so to keep her from getting out of hand...maybe too late though because this plant like the Hawaiian just want to stretch. She will be re-potted this weekend.

Panama

The panama progressing without problems and is developing a tight columnar growth. Week 7 and a re-pot this weekend and some training.

Hawaiian Spice

Hawaiian Spice

This is the wild child it seems. No matter what I do the plant just grows like crazy...super vigorous. This one will need more attention to rein in before the flip. Week 7 and a re-pot this weekend.

this is another HS from a previous run last year. I still have the plant and love the smoke..potent, energetic and tasty. I hope the sister in this current run produces a comparable lady.

They are coming along nicely. That HS from last year was a good looking girl. Were you hoping to find something better in the sister or different?

One week away before the flower show starts.

Thanks ITarzan. I still have the HS from last year and like her very much. I am simply curious as to how the line compare to other pure sativa hybrids. The HS i have leans almost exclusively to the equatorial side with a clean, clear and energetic effect. I grew out several other crosses with the SS pollen donor and this line was quit different.

Chimera mentioned more than once that thie Congo line is badass! It might be one of these offerings that takes a little while for people to notice. When the stock runs low for sure they'll be those asking for it. I'd get another pack ;)

Yeah I picked up another pack after I grew those out. Simply outstanding...no question these will be sought after once more people try them. I think I will eliminate the #2 plant and stay with the congo leaner (cut#1) and cut #3 which has some mild body from the dad but is so balanced that id be crazy not to keep it around. If you are looking for connoisseur smoke that line should be at the top of your list.

Hello jahaze, how long did you flower your Congo? I'll be following, I dropped two zamaladelicas regs on Jan from the original launch of the line. I look forward to your grow

Hey Jahaze! What an allstar lineup.

Maybe you could talk about your medium/fertz.

My congo x jacks went from 10-12 weeks. there is one that I am letting go for 13 weeks this time around because she just needs it. You can probably find one that finishes between 9-10 weeks. Highly recommended line....

mrS0ul, I have just regular roots organic recycled soil with a mixture of EWC, and amendments such as 5-5-5npk, azomite, lime...etc. Im not a big liquid fert person so I tend to enrich the soil and let the plants use what they need. I do compost the mixture before using to make sure the plants are happy and avoid lockout. I periodically use a ACT (tea) to inoculate the roots zone and keep the micro life in balance. other than that...water and light.

Quick update. Day 2 flower and they started to stretch immediately. The destroyer to lesser extent and has stayed low and bushy. Didn't top her either. The HS has always been the fastest but the Zamaldelica has caught up and is fuller. The Panama girl is just perfect. Nice tough stem and tighter growth than the other three. Group shot from L-R destroyer, HS, panama, Zamaldelica.

Day 20 flower

Day 20 flower

Update on progress of the four girls. Three of the four are showing flower formation at differing stages of growth. All except the Zamaldelica which has finally slowed stretching have pre flowers. The Panama is most developed followed by the Hawaiian and the Destroyer. They all stretched aggressively (3x) but the pruning helped control stretch...except for the destroyer which looks more vine like and has decided it wants to stay close to the ground and bush out. The Hawaiian and Zamaldelica are the tallest and have the potential to be large plants...I can imagine outdoors in their natural environment. Anyway here they are 3weeks after flip.
