Diesel as far as bud structure, trich production, and smell?? Just curious
as to how the 2 vary. Again, beautiful buds man. Your grows are consistantly

Hey Guys - Thanks for the replies, good to see you all.

I dont really have a soil mix persay.... I just use Pro Mix with advanced nutrients Iguana Juice Bloom, Carbo Load and Big Bud on weeks 2-6. That line seems to work pretty well. ph 6. I use CO2 also.

I actually had to rush these plants into flowering as I am going on vacation and needed them to finish. The TW and the Sour were a little deficient when I cut them over, and I have been kinda battling that along the way... everytime I try to cut the feed to only water to those 2 they go def again... it happened after I took these pics- I hit them with water and some of the fan leaves went yellow. I think the yield will be reduced on those 2. But, some is better than none so I aint complainin.

As far as the difference between the OD and the SourD... right now the Sour is much more pungent than the OD. You dont have to rustle the plant to get a good whiff of it... it is diesely with a sweet sour funk to it. The OD is a lot chunkier than the sour, but I am not sure if that is genetic, or due to the Sour going deficient sometimes... I think it is genetic. The odor on the OD is straight diesel. If you rustle it up all you think is gasoline. I've smoked some of both of these strains side by side and the high was comapable from what I remember, but the OD had a longer lasting taste which was very enjoyable. Like I said the odors are somewhat different.

I'm kinda pissed they went def again... just when I think they are in check and can go with some plain water it happens again. My opinion is you need to feed more in pro mix as it just doesnt provide any nutes to the plant at all. Especially with a def nipping at your heels.

I am letting the TW go 70 days, the Schrom around 72-75, the Sour to 85 and the OD I am not sure yet but probably between 75-85 dayz.

Oh - on the differnences between the arcata and the norcal.... I am not sure... I have the arcata too and am going to throw that in next time... hopefully I can save a nug of the norcal to compare. whichever one is better I am going to keep. Schroomy told me he thought they were the same cut... we shall see I guess. I do like the smell on that one, it is disgusting.

right on . i get mad diffenciencies using my peat moss soilless mix. expecially mag. man seems like you are always having to make sure the micro nutrients are always there in soiless mixtures..or you get diffecncies.. man i cant wait to see how they look at around 65 or so days gonna be some nice nuggage dude.

Hey man lookin' great as usual.

I am using Sunshine#4 (they stopped bringin promix HP to the west coast!!) I am finding that if you get a mix together of 2 bales sunshine mix #4 2cu ft of perlite and 2 bags of worm castings you will be able to circumvent that little problem of going deficient with a straight watering...you dont add too much to it but enough to be able to hold the plant over until you fill the medium with nutritive water again. Adding plant success granular 2-2-2 helps a lot too.

Well here she is day 54 and just flushed well. Looks to go 63 days. Sorry for the far away picture but that's as close as I can get today. See you aroung bro.

smokeyP - my brotha, thanks for that pic, please keep in the loop on her final dayz. My D1 is now on day 55. Last night it looked like it could have 10-15 days left... there were still some white pistils popping out so I'm thinking it should start maturing any second now. They hadnt retracted back into the calyx yet.... but they are already mad chunky so these things are probably going to swell up really nice over the next 2 weeks. I gave my last feed to it last night. Gotta get the scope out to see what's doin.

Gonna get some updated photos tonight, was gonna do it last night but I like to wait till the day after they are watered cause the buds are phatter!

Hiya Chief - The OD is packing on more weight than the Sour. Looks like a moderate yielder. Buds are way chunkier.
