A clone from a plant finishes faster then the mother if the mother was from seed. have u looked for male parts? could be a herm n those hairs are turning brown cuz they polinated.

Cheers for the advise, I dont think hermies are the problem as there are LOTS of other females in this tent, aswell as 2 Chem dog that are in the exact same stage (I run a four stage perpetual) and none are showing these signs, also the mother of these clones finished at 12 weeks, so I think that browning up at 4 weeks is slightly early?

Having the same issue. I'm guessing that my plant showed brown hair on week 4 because the plant was already showing first white hairs at the end of veg. And the clones where taken off a plant which was a week into flowering. Although the other plants(clones from the same plant) are developing normally and aren't showing any red hair yet. Checked and there are no hermies either.

hey fellows

when the plant feels uncomfortable for some reason is going faster from white hair to brown one , the process is irreversible , the only thing you can do is to hope it's slows down ... if you find what's wrong of course

basically you are loosing quality and HTC % because of that...

mine had same issue but good thing is that only 10% became brown the rest was still white , i tried to stop the process , i quit all nutrition feeding etc , i kept in on pure water for 15 days and the brown process slows down

GL to all

If your hairs turn early, you could have broadmites or rustic hempmites. They munch on the hairs and are microsopic, nasty lil fuckers. Are real hard to get rid of. Forbid with a good wetting agent 3 days apart, 3 times will usually take care of them. Do not treat with forbid in bloom stage.
