Fixing Overwatering

For some reason it looks like its under watered & dried out but either way add to your soil mixture to help with drainage. Things like perlite or hydroton rocks will do the trick.

Or if you enjoy watering much then maybe the coco+perlite mix is best for you. No overwatering probs there

Check for root rot on that plant. Your soil mix looks like it is suffocating it to death.
I recently let the coir levels get too low in my mix and now I've had an over-watering issue.
To help it get back into shape, take a long wire, or straight piece of metal coat hanger. Gently stab that wire down to the bottom of the planter all around the pot. Start at the edges, and work in, but don't stab right around the base of the plant. Try not to damage roots while doing this. It will air out the soil better. You can also mix the top layer of soil with the more moist stuff below it. Again, don't harm roots, be gentle. Get a fan on them too, increasing respiration will draw water out of the plant and soil, and will strengthen the plant.

Use a bamboo stake or even something a little larger in diameter it will dry it out quicker than a wire. And by the looks of it your plant needs relief pronto!

You might want to consider fabric pots or clay pots, both dry out the media faster then plastic pots do. You can also add a little sand and perlite to the media to help it drain faster.

or think about 100% coco fiber if it is available........would be better w/the rain.

The dry look seems to be caused from an inability to uptake water. Way back when I started I had several plants look like this after suffocating their root system. The plants dried out completely and died. I only managed to save a few by allowing the pot to dry and lightly watering with H202 to get rid of the rot that had started. I lost some genetics that I still kick myself over this same way. Good luck in the future. Add some perlite or coco to that mix as it looks very heavy and suffocating.
