(I am somewhat insecure... i have put a lot of thought research and development into security systems which i implemented but i wont be going into those here as Jonny Law is watching and find out... (there is one last bit of security which i need to add is - a simple program which monitors folders and emails / uploads to FTP files automaticly as they become available))
Right my friend who is doing the grow lives on a second floor in a apartment complex. It is aprox 21 x 21 ft. With a kitchen bed couch tv table drawers in one big room. With sealed shower and toilet and a sealed "fake" wall type grow room.
The landlord does checks with religious consistencies here, but always gives a week notice. He comes to inspect general condition of the apartment - no fire hazards no bio hazards shower and toilet not leaking... he never checks much else, never even walked near the grow room. The grow room is well sealed - no smell no light no noise come out!
His parents do like to pop in as well, often unexpectedly, and they do like to stick their noses in every corner - which is the biggest concern.
They come few times a month and somehow we must stop their curiosity and take their attention away from the grow room.........
My friend will be spending most of the time in the apartment - but must get out and do shopping for food - sometime at night - when everything is quiet...
He also needs to visit support worker and a doctor once a week - booth 1 hour long experiences - where he needs to leave the apartment for 1 hour each time.
Get aways and staying with parents at weekends is also a time when the grow is abandoned.
Now i have been constantly repeating to him that the ONLY WAY to be successfull with this oop. (only 2 fems plants) is to be as guerilla about it as possible. He needs to learn to be very cunning and smarter than Einstein.
A good advice i got from another friend - is to get comfortable and "make home" in the flat as much as possible - carpets on the walls, posters, lots of pillows... lots of duvets and a bed a couch a hammock, cartoon boxes, other items - as much as possible - but everything TIDY! This way it creates a "aura" of your own space which other people tend to keep un touched... and all the shit lyin around will pre occupy their mind off the secret room. He got most of the stuff - just need a hammock ...
Anyone got any more tips?
As long as the room remains a secret everything will be fine.
But what if landlord or his mother walks by it and sees a door way which is sealed... it just leaves them curious - and the fact it is sealed - even more curious
His parents know that he is a dope fiend and if found they will suspect something. Of course he can tell them to simply stay away from there and they will leave... but for how long???
Therefor ALL visits to ythe property must be kept to a minimum.
Atmosphere needs to be BUSINESS LIKE - If u have no buziness here - you are not allowed to be here. The end.
think about it Please any ideas, anything you thought of while eating cereals in the morning, any input - post it here.
