I popped 3 seeds and ended up with 3 females.
2 plants of the green pheno, one of the purple.

you certainly stand a chance at getting a purple pheno from those seeds you bred. Strains contain recessive traits that dont always show up in the F1 generation. You stand a better chance of getting a purple pheno from a batch of F2's bred with 2 regular green parents then you do with getting a purple pheno from F1's with 2 regular green parents. F2's always show way way more expressions. Things that the parent plants may have not shown at all. Its like when you havea kid. he or she may look more like their uncle then either of their parents. same thing. I say go for it and plant as many of those suckers as ya can. you'll find one if the strain contains the genes necessary. just takes time. awesome pics in this thread by the way.

tastes alot like hash/top soil.....very earthy, I got three phenos, one being green, one purple green mix, and an all purple plant... the first two yielded 2oz under 400 watts each and the purple came in at 1-2 ounces perplant.

If your lucky enough to come across some, Grape Ape is a very good strain... Dense, smells very fruity pungeant, Ive only seen a purple pheno from the clones I had (6 female). Dried/cured was deep purple, some nugs so dark almost black, smoke was very sweet almost like a grape lollipop, semi expansive a little more so than granddaddy after a 6 week+ cure. Vaped high was almost instant and couchlock with some minor random mind wandering. Bong hits were a little more on the creeper side, mild couchlock, very relaxing. I smoke heavy and it kept me high for a good 2-3 hours.
