i agree with herbalistic!
a nirvana match for that would be white rhino !!!
i cant stress enough how nirvana is selling good stuff!
people knock them but they have some great stuff cheap!

I like the NLXHaze, it's potent smoke even cut early and just dried but I think in needs to be grown indoors due to the male flowers in late bloom (on my patio). Mine grew very uniform with a compact Sativa statue and nice tight frosty buds. Not my favorite of my 3 Nirvanas but good non the less.

As Redrider posted before, I also think that indicas are much more suitable for taking the pain away in GENERAL than sativas, however there are sativas that blow you mind & pain away. There is also sativas that make you feel much worst pain that you got before smoking... It is like when they uplift you, you are going to be much more sensitive and recognise the pain much "better"...

Some Sativa really makes me feel everything so I never smoke them when I'm hurt or sick or even in a bad mood.

I just ordered AK-48 a week ago. I'm interested in some general knowledge about the ak, like it's pheonos, growth, smell and high etc.

If anyone's grown Nirvana's ak-48, please could you be so kind as to shed some information on this strain? Some photos would be helpful as well.

dekab247, I'm sorry that your situation is causing problems for you, I personaly had to quit working and move in with family members. I only have two herniated discs but I can only imagine how bad four are. As for the surgery, I totaly understand your apprehension. I too was scared that the wind would blow the wrong way and well oops I cant walk anymore period. But I appreciate your response to this topic because it is beneficial for me and other people who might have the same problem.

Herbalistic, I have wanted to purchase that strain for years but played around about getting it. I am feeling better and can (for the most part walk around pain free!) start to save up for Mr. Nice or Medicine man Thanks for the response :joint:

I just ordered the Durban Poison, K2, and Mandala's Satori and Speed Queen all from Nirvana. I'm not counting on my BCBD order (NL) to get here so I figured I should get some more beans just in case... I got 4 packs from nirvana for the price of one pack from most places. Sounds good to me!

Hello all,

This is the AK48 I was talking about earlier. Most excellent budsfrom NNRS yet- she a keeper and I did.

Very good buds - it works on my leg spasms very very good and the high is up and you can do stuff- unless you take that 2nd or 3rd bong rip.

Heres a shot.

It looks airy but it is solid. In fact my friends ask how come my buds are so fluffy on the outside- I tell them I get it from a cousin on the coast that grows and these buds were not rolled and kiffed before I got them like there chem weed.




PS: I suggest letting them go to 56-60 days on the AK's- major weight gain and the high is just outstanding for 25 bux. Its a keeper.

How about Niravana Swazi? I read somwhere on forum that this strain is actualy Swazi x Skunk, but it's close enough to landrace Swazi, only with a bit shorter flowering time and with 2 phenos: green and purple. I guess it is a bigger yielder than original Swazi, too.
Any grow (especialy outdoor) or smoke reports?

I am growing Big Bud (Nirvana, of corse) purchased from Gypsy. Now, I have only 3 plants left. 2 girls, and one hermi. They are old 10 weeks, and right now they are in 4th week of flowering. They have rach ONLY 30 cm in high. They are grown under 400W HPS system. Pics are old 1 week, some new and better; comming soon. I wound some rummors about Nirvanas quality, so now I am :badday:








I have a 10 Nirvana White widdowseeds, also purchased with Big Bud, and now I am very, very :confused: . Anyone grown this Nirvana WW?

people knock them and i once only grew the originals but hey???
ya cant beat the genetics and the low price is just
"inexpensive" not cheap quality tho!
i thing i find is that i like my f2;s of their seeds better than the actual first grow???
maybe how i select???/ :chin:
i was told years ago by m.emery to pick the prettiest male with the most stinky male! he said dont listen to all the "mumbo jumbo"
in every generation i pick the most res'd up prettiest female with your most pungent stinky strongest smelling male!
he said let your nose and eyes guide your selection,,,,
this is the trick to old time growers........

Dude, if those were started 12/12 at 6 weeks, they are waaaay too small for a 400w. IMHO

Too wet? Too big container? Light too far away?

No offense - but prob not seeds fault...

When is the best time to start with 12/12 undr HPS 400w? Is it normal for plans under HPS to grow so slow?

I watered them every 7 days in this big pots? Isn't better to have a bigger pots? How far is perfect for light to be over plants?

I love my Nirvana AK-48. I have put it through the ringer, it is a strong plant. I for 1 always make seed so I have plenty to play with. I had 2 pheno's, the green and the purple. I chose the purple pheno as a keeper, it is stronger(potency) and reminds me of FLO traits. Here is AK-48 indoor under 150 HPS in soil, outdoor and dried & cured. Great all around smoke. I personally think it turns out better indoor, just my .02

The AK-48 is advertised as taking 48 days to finish. Does that mean 48 days from germination to harvest (hard to believe), or 48 days from start of flowering to harvest?
