That's the point Chi13 if this was really about people's health, then would you not think the last thing you would want to see is smokers being pushed onto unregulated black market products that could be full of things like pesticides and even mould.
None of the money raised is going to health.
Yes, I agree, health is no longer the issue. Also the recent banning of vapes makes no real health sense, the opposite of what the UK health department did I believe. FFs, I can't even buy parts or balloons for my volcano vape. I see more young folk smoking cigarettes now too, rather than a nico vape.
Not sure about the tax $ or where they go. I assumed some would go to health as that is the only justification I can think of?

I learnt about bongs and chillums in the Middle East, in the 20th century before the internet era nobody heard of them in SouthAmerica
A Chillum was made braking a 1/2 liter beer bottle in half and then a double filter was applied, one carton filter on the bottle nozzle/spout( what is the proper english word?) and then it was covered with some piece of material because it burns
The bong was made from a plastic bottle with the hose and alumium cigarette. The hose was sealed with candle paraffin wax. It was disposable, you only used it once or twice. Some handcraft people made it from the bottle glass
For thick rolling papers without gum South America is full of them. In order to stick them you needed to bite and make one side of the paper ununiform so they would stick properly
In South Amertica there are a lot of pentecostals missionnairs giving away pocket size Bibles. Bible paper was the best for rolling weed, very thin paper almost OCB quality

You can do it with the small pipes, no matter metal or glass little pipe
The high has nothing to compare with hash rolled with tobacco
Never tried the glass method for smoking hash?
Put a piece of hash in a needle and place the needle in a matchbox or some carton to hold the needle
Then light the piece of hash on top of the needle and cover it with a glass. Let the smoke fill the glass and then inhale all at once if you can and let the smoke fill again
This is the best hash high smoked, cant compare with smoking it with tobacco at all

You get higher from the combination of both than smoking them separately.
This was my standard spliff for many years in Asia until I started vaporizing
I cant find a proper vaporizer for vaping hash, I would like to find one designed for hash

Yea we did in a hash pipe, but the best method was shown to me by a guy from Malta you basically get a pin push it through a piece of cardboard then place the hash on the pin light it then place a clear glass over it as it fills tilt the glass and breath in all the hashy goodness.
I started to mix it with cigarettes then moved on to mixing it with leaf then Flower but the glass method was the best but hard to do if your out n about or fishing so on
The one unique bong I have used is called the Bali Billy .
A beer stubby with a paw paw aka papaya leaf stem . You make a seal on the bottle and stem with your mouth and your buddy lights the bowl . As it is up above your head .
A Thai bong story ;
We are on Koh Samui visiting Andy O . Smoked joints for a day or so . Decided we needed a bong . I volunteered to go get the parts and make one . So I set off to the town centre with a knife in my pocket. On the look out for a garden hose . I came past a block of flats where Thai folks lived and saw a washing machine lying some grass . I investigated and saw it had a hose attached . I lopped that off and quickly walked on .
I went to a 7 / 11 and bought a can of coke to make a cone and a bottle of juice for the bong itself . I came out on the street and tried to retrace my steps back to the hotel we were staying at . When I realised I was completely lost . And to compound the matter I didn`t know the name of the place I was staying at . And all the hotels looked the same !
Luckily I met a moto taxi guy who had a tourist map and I recognised the name of the place I staying . I asked him to take me there . Phew ! I thought I was gonna be stranded on the streets . No phone , don`t know the name or address of the place I`m staying . Big lesson learnt . Always get the card from the reception so at least the taxi can get you back there .

Once the hash began to become more concentrated , and pure ,
some of these methods mentioned no longer worked ,
when we made what they call full melt hash ,and fmcd (full melt clear dome) from bubble bags ,
that was not able to be held on a pin , it melted and turned to oil as soon as flame was applied ,
i had a great time watching a mate show me how best to imbibe the hash , using a pin,
the ball just turned to oil and dropped to the ground , he tried a few times , to no avail , "this is just resin"
he announced ,, hahaha no kidding ...
we had just been doing what is now referred to as dabs ,
on top of our usual bong of cannabis mixed with a little tobacco ,
we placed a tiny snake , a bit of hash we had rolled out to a thin sliver ,
and always excitedly watched it melt , or bubble up into clear domes ,
the difference in potency from that hash , to the old hash we had when i was a kid , was vast ,
this was not for the uninitiated toker ,, lol ...

Yeah, this is my favourite method. What you call pin I call needle because it was a real needle but basically is the same thing
It is a mediterranean method I guess
But this worked with old lebanese hash, I guess with any bubbling hash it melts including charas
This a new one for me, I never heard of anyone smoking mint

I rarely use tools to smoke but sometimes I smoke some hash in small glass pipe and when at my parent's house I use one of my grandfather old pipe in noble wood but it's a huge pipe si I have to fill it with weed too

You're right but to me it sounded like explain yourself because you don't know what talk about. I don't use any translator, I started to read english quite young to play D&D who was not yet translated in my language and learned to speak when I worked with people from all over Europe so we were using english to communicate as it was the only shared language by all of those.I didn’t read that as passive aggressive.
