Yep it did this to me as well and to other members, I have no idea why it does thisIt sort of flashes up for a second even in the reply then zip?
you got it wrong,My observation was from the video where you had a stubie holder covering what I assumed was beer and you getting up and heading to take a piss what seemed like ever 5 or so min is very typical of solid beer drinking.
If I got that wrong my apology, but the rest is a 100% fact, this shits been going on now for decades you really need to build a bridge and get over it Wally.
I am okay with admitting I got it wrong, always have been if I did.you got it wrong,
like i said , as is the case with many of your observations,
i had several visitors during that interview also ,
again i am not attacking you or being personal ,
thats what you are doing and turning this thread into some stage where you are the centre of attention ,
for the record , i am allowed , and feel its my duty to present alternative information if i note someone is putting forth misinformation ...
please dont address me any further ...
i dunno if it works like that ,With modern gene sequencing - I'd expect someone already has the DNA profiled of old school Thai - and could recreate whatever strain/variety from the past - that is so sought after - now and in the future - if so can these old 'landrace' varieties ever really dissappear?
Interesting point I had not think of the endless possibilities given by modern technologies, they have certainly already sequenced many old cannabis lines and should be able to replicate them indeed.Aww - C'mon guys - let's loose the drama - and bask in the diversity of opinions - the more the merrier I'd say
Cannabis has been forever adaptable over many thousands of years - and I don't see it petering out - any time soon - due to its age old popularity - and usefulness in many ways to humankind -

As I was too young at this time to smoke I can't judge the products of this period but I've seen in my life the nature of the cannabis consumed changing that's sure. I think some of the old sativa had some magical effects and it's a shame they almost all disappeared but not everything is shit today. I think it's possible to find seeds of almost all the genetics but unlike before when you could score pure sativa, today you have to grow them yourself if that's what you want to smoke. And it's not possible for everybody of course.Nothing these days competes with the shit from the late 70s/early to mid 80s IMO
Maybe the earlier shit was better ?
It was the same in France, it was possible to find many brick weed from all over the world and depending on who you knew there was some excellent qualities accessible still in the 90's. The moroccan hashish was the biggest part of this market but far from the only thing you could score.90s were damn good too for export weed and hashes in the uk.
The downgrade in hash quality started earlier than mid 90's where I was, I was close to the Spanish border so I had access to several grades and the soap bars were sold already in the end 80's, some were absolute garbage. The police analyzed some of the hash seized and they found henna, camel shit, earth, parafine (don't know if it's the good word in english) and amongst all this trash some resin glands.i noticed it all dried up wrt quality around mid 90s, didnt then see the export weeds so much as everyone started growing it.
The first stuff we got homegrown was excellent but it soon turned to boof.
Around the same time the great original hashes were starting to be mixed and repressed to soapbar, mirrorpress, golfball press, in spain and in the uk.

Those last months I had to score something to smoke because I moved so could not have a crop for while, it's possible to find good morrocan hashish but it's not cheap. The commercial grade is cheap and much better than the infamous soap bars were, it's at least clean, the only contaminants are plant matter which is ok for me, but it's not very greasy and won't bubble. It's made with modern genetics most of the time so the smells can be surprising for hash from the Riff mountains, sometimes it's great not always.Yes. At first some of the represses were good but it became the case that exceptional Cannabis was starting to become an exception rather than the rule around mid 90s in the uk.
All this was from an area in the uk with a very rich and proud Cannabis culture.
Then after a few more years there became this realisation globally and there became a rush where everyone on forums was trying to buy any and all seed from oldschool herb bred prior to yr 2000.
Gypsy and many others will remember this seed frenzy well.
But still around this time there was plenty of fire available in countries where they produced ganja or hash.
There most likely still is, although i havent looked or needed to lookfor a while.
Can you explain? I don't understand the meaning of your post, what is green hornet 82?View attachment 19171965 The dude doing the green hornet 82 would be the person to watch I'd say.

Thankfully I know other growers who can provide me homegrown buds at decent price.
Yep there was already greedy bastards back then, but around Chefchaouen in the 90's you could score some wonderful hashish, I've been there in 99 myself, spent a few days to discuss with a middle man and finally wen to the farm to gat their best grade, it was not what they got out first, I had to tell them several times I would not leave with anything else than their best one. And finally it was shown to me, what a glorious sight it was, not yet pressed when I've seen it for the first time but it was quickly processed and became this dark red goo, incredibly sticky and so delicious. I had to learn how to make joint like Morrocans or it was not workable, so took tobacco in the palm of my hand took a piece of hash, flatten it, put it on top of tobacco, heat it and mix and voilà, you have a rollable mix.Even when i went to Chefchaouen in 1994 there were many people repressing with that cooking oil stuff in the background, trying to make poorer qualities bubble.
There was proper fire to be found up in the hills which was the brown and gold shiny hard stuff
