The new clones are hardened off and domeless and 12 days old. Some are a little worse for wear than others but they all are rooted and are actively taking up water.

I've been using regular heating pads and for two six packs they heat the cells unevenly. I'm going to get an extra large heating pad for next season and that should reduce stress and speed rooting. I'm still not a master cloner but I'm comfortable now with the cloning process.

Good to see you still at it smilley.
Hey Bmac1, thanks for stopping by. I've never stopped growing but the posting comes and goes. Nothing special this season just a 4 crop production run. I hope life is treating you good and your buds are fat and dank as usual. :canabis:

The Final Clones

20250212_142100.jpg

I repotted them today. They weren't as well rooted as I would have liked. I kind of rushed the repotting, dome removal and also the heat removal. I think they'll be fine and I have 3 extra so there shouldn't be any problems of a full crop.

I'm thinking of cloning with rockwool cubes next time as it would be easier to determine root growth. I've used them before and it worked out ok. When repotting into Pro-Mix you have to make sure the cube is completely below the surface.

Anyway, that's it for cloning this season.

The clones are greening up nicely. It's time to whittle them down to 9 (full crop) and commence the topping process. Final crop will have 2 Iced Skunk and 7 WIFI.

This is the flowering room at day F25 11/13. They look healthy and happy.

The clones have all been topped once and I'm starting to top them again. I pushed them a little hard with the feeding so I'll just feed them Liquid Karma on the next watering.

The flowering plants are at Day F35 11/13. This is the most level I've had them this season. They're all healthy and will be done in 3 weeks. I'm seeing a bit of tip burn but nothing to worry about.

Here's a few shots from the flowering room. They've entered the ripening stage, the pistils are changing color and the leafs are starting to show Fall colors. They got their last feeding yesterday and it'll be ph'd water till harvest. I'm hoping they'll finish a little quicker than last crop with the shortened day cycle.

Here's the final clones. I have a specific harvest date for them which is May 17. I'll be out of town for a week prior to that harvest so I'll have to get my plant tender to give them the final watering while I'm away. I don't know exactly when to flower them as I don't know the finish time of the flowering crop at 11/13 cycle. I'm hoping the current crop will finish in 51 - 52 days which would allow these to get an extra week of veg in the flowering room. This will help improve the yield.

Day F43 11/13
Here's the flowering crop. I'll start the water only process today. They should finish in a week to 10 days. They will definitely finish quicker than the two previous batches at 12/12. The buds are filling out and frosting up. This batch has been so easy to grow, just feed once a week and watch & wait...

Sounds and looks like your plants are all on track. :good:
It's been an easy job after the first two crops. You helped me dial in the ph adjustment and also the need for cal/mag, so, thanks. :thank you: The final crop should be extra big as it'll get 2 extra weeks of veg in the flower room.

As my season will be done mid-May, I'll be ready for a two month break from growing. I do a lot of camping in the summer and I don't really have a dedicated plant tender so I just shut down the grow room for 2 1/2 months.

That being said, I'm already making plans for next season. My buddy, who recently quit growing , sold me his seed collection for an ounce of bud. There is a variety of seeds (about 50), all fems. Some are CBD and of no use to me. I think there is 7 or 8 autos that I'll start on Aug 1 or late in July. Then I'll start the next crop a couple of weeks later. It'll consist of some of the fems from my buddy's collection and some females from the JOI seeds mentioned below.

I plan to make seeds next season but I don't have any reg seeds to produce males for pollen. So, I ordered two packs of reg seeds from Jordan Of The Islands. A pack of True Blueberry and a pack of God Bud. I'm going to grow out some of my buddy's fems and try to pollinate as many different strains in his collection as I can with the JOI strains. Realistically, I'll end up with 5 - 10 different types hybrid seeds. Anyway, that's the plan. I haven't made seeds in years so it should be fun and help keep me focused.

I chopped these 3 plants today. 2 WIFIs and 1 Iced Skunk. 49 days of 11/13.

That leaves 6 to harvest over the next 2 days.
