I am looking for a grow review of the piffcoaster’s Blockwork haze

I made a post a long long time ago that if u want piff as we kno it in nyc just get some Neville’s haze the old version or the old nl5 haze ..

I knew this was gonna happen they always find a new way to exploit markets and all they do is make shit worse with dis information then come back to the same circle quietly

There saying the mythical cuban black is just a nl5 haze pheno so is the brown .. go figure I believe they both use the same haze C male double in the Neville’s and I’m pretty sure it’s what makes the incense smell

Another thing people who sometimes find themselves in positions to sell seeds etc don’t really have the knowledge or grow knowledge to kno exactly what there growing they just go based off other info .. I was lucky enough to smoke tons of piff and grow some older nevs crosses and it’s piff to me pretty much anything crossed to that haze C male in that time would be piffy just the ones leaning more to the C would be the highest grade

I ran some Mr nice Angel breathe ? Mango haze x afghan skunk and I got zero incense plants looked like classic haze tho so now I’m curious what’s going on I popped some afghan haze / silver haze (Sensi f5) nl5 haze ( swami ) and I have two phenos of bandaid haze x og ( katsu)
The Angel breathe or whatever had a nice flavor one of my homies has a legal grow upstate and he took cuts and passed Ike or two out and they luv it I binned it .. I need incense with my haze

Here is the best way to describe the different sides to Haze.

Nevil always believed the HzC was to the Colombian side and HzA and the very first female he never took a clone of was to the Thai side.

The fatter, fuller flower types are the HzC side or Colombian.

Colombian Gold being grown by Sam (RIP) AK the Skunkman in California in the late 70s I believe, look at the flowers.

Haze c was sold “commercially” but he also sold and gifted out haze a variants at a much smaller scale. His wife even came to the us and sold some of the haze a stock while he was incarcerated. To try and raise funds. Haze c is the one that went commercial due to the loudness of the terpinoline (jack terps) but there were some gems made with the haze a stuff. Ag13 being one of them! Piff is undoubtedly an nl5haze a pheno. There is no terpinoline in any of the progeny.

Where did this story come from ?

Never heard Nevil ever bring this up but heard about his mate in New York who Nevil got the Hawaiian from named Roger, I believe his name was.

Nevil didn't make that many 5HzA seed, and what was left that he him self never grew from the seed he made from the HzA male all went to Shanti along with the other HzA hybrids he made.

Here is a description of the 5HzA by DJ now I don't know if he is referring to 5HzA(2) as I never heard Nevil describe the smell as chicken soup but the big lanky sativa frame and tiny think flowers yes.

i only think of things like jack and ssh as having substantial terpinolene, and never stuff related to piff but i haven't had much related to piff so

Before I completely write off the C5 as not piff I need to grow the pure C5 clone to see what I get running the nature farms silver haze one of them shared the same smell as some nl5 haze I had going after it dried tho the silver was barely hazey and one is a lemon kinda taste and smell but no where near as spicy as Jack

I said a while back that I’m sure it’s Dutch haze I grew the nevs cross and till this day Nothinh has been more piffy .. nevils haze is straight piff make sense tho bc it’s both C &A combined

Mango haze is another one that smokes like piff even in crosses the mom is the 5c122 and the dad is a a5 ? So I’m starting to think it’s the a5 fr

I’ve seen some ag13 crosses at piffcon but the were not piffy idk if it was bad grow or just not piffy at all even my killer a5 from ace was just woody so

Btw to me there is no one piff .. it’s just my favorite haze from that time from memory it’s gonna vary depending on person just like any other selection ..so far nevils haze has the best chance for me

To be piffy tho it’s gonna have to check certain basic boxes like smell / burnt smell / high / taste and most piff now makes me high but sleepy stoned I don’t feel wired like before

Every one had atleast one plant that smelled spicy u kno that spicy haze smell .. all lost it except for the bx and my fav one dried to like a onion garlic smell idk if I like it

I’m prolly gonna run these nevils haze f2s I just got supposedly yellow pack f2s and maybe run a pack of the swami f5 instead of the bx I think the inbreeding made them wonky then I’m done for now

still haven't come across a batch of CBH that reminds me of the piff from 2006-2008.... the stuff that came in glass vials with a cork top, one crack of the jar and the whole place stunk. elongated loose/stringy buds, no rounded chunky buds to my memory.
