Likely the same problem as many communities, a doctor shortage. That is on the other side of the country to me and each province has it's own rules. Part of the problem of immigration and other causes. Been through my own issues with doctors in BC but as of late all is fine. There are many doctors in the country from foreign countries who are quite capable of working here but for some reason they have to jump through so many hoops, it makes it all but impossible to use them.
If your asking am I unhappy with our medical system, yes to some degree, would I want another medical system, no, not at all.

Got a strain from Carty called Ice. Weird plant. Grows straight up with very short off shoots. It is 3 1/2 weeks in flower. Thinking it is gonna be one big cola by the time she finishes. Here is a strain review on her.
