Super Silver Sour Thai Nevil Souvenir Feminized Seed

Gringspoon type pheno, amazing Resin, not a yielder but some amazing other traits.

This strain is extremely Swiss Thai Nevil dominant, near zero SSSDH detected

This is the normal looking Sour Thai Nevil phenos but you get a gringspoon looking pheno in every packet.

Trash to some because of yield but treasure to others.

Im about to Reverse the Gringspoon pheno we found on last round of Sour Thai Nevil to explore her special qualities in her High/Taste

Hey ojd,

your swiss thai nevil on board, will post better pics once they are bit further.

Both of them looks SSSDH dominant at this stage, one has weird mutation though which I have not seen before. I removed the mutated top and the new leafs looked healthy, but become mutated in the same way later as they grew. Any thoughts?

I'm approaching harvest on my lone seed plant of Sour Thai Nevil. I grew it out among a few other long flowering sativas from OJD and Ace. The seed plant tent is a jungle and this plant is in a difficult spot to get good pics. But I managed to get a few.

She's a floppy stretchy mess. The Swiss Thai Nevil mom seems to produce offspring with spindly branches that can't hold any weight. I had to pinch the seed plant several times to keep the tops under the lights. The aroma is a sweet lemon. I tried out a way too early sample this past weekend and am looking forward to trying more after a proper harvest.

I topped her once. Here's the best angles I could get of the two tops that outstretched the others. The seed plant is at 88 days since flip, which was 5 weeks after the seed broke ground.

And a closer look at one of the buds ...

This is a clone at 65 days since flip. I gave her 6 days of veg after potting the rooted cutting. She grew to about 4 feet. The clone is a little easier to manage than the seed plant but she still needs support to keep from flopping over.

Her sister from another mother, Thai Madness, is another story. I gave up on the seed plant because once she was topped the branching got out of control. (Edit: Actually more like a cousin - Sour Thai Nevil came from Swiss Thai Nevil 1 clone and Thai Madness from Swiss Thai Nevil 2 clone) This pic is a clone of that plant at 7 weeks since flip. I don't think I have the patience for this plant. A part of me wants to see if those tops actually turn into something smokable in another 12 weeks or so but past experience tells me she's just going to piss me off. I'll try another seed of this cross some day. I don't see much future for this girl.

I have an Australian Outback and NH21xMML S1 going in this tent that have a little more substance to them and they are both nice looking ladies. I'll get around to posting some pics one of these days. I also had a Super Silver Sour Outback in this tent that I had to harvest early because she was getting seeded on the lower branches even though I never saw any bananas. That was a shame because she was a nice looking plant. Anyway, that's all I got for tonight.
