I bought some because of Team Microbe . Went out on a limb and tried it . I believe the shits legit . Taking it every day for almost 20 days now . Also fed and sprayed plants with it and they seemed to respond well to it . One of the most substantial supplements that I've tried . Don't be afraid folks , you might like how you feel . Or run like hell and curse a product you haven't tried , I give less fucks now thanks to shilajit . Peace Ya'll

Does anyone currently use shilajit? I found this old thread via Google. I was wondering if anyone has usage advice.
I have the resin and powder. I just started adding 1/16th teaspoon of the shilajit powder to 5 gals of nutrient solution.
