Really? Wow.

I've got three females from the 5 freebies and the are almost identical. Very Sativa. They are at week 4 and the smell reminds me of bag seed I used to grow in Florida (in a really good way...old school tropical goodness). I think they are gonna flower pretty long too. I expected the M in TM was gonna be Malawi or something really exotic.

Does this sound right or might the seeds have gotten mixed up? Was it just a Sativa heavy OG?

Either way I am happy. I collect Sativa's and make seeds for friends in the tropics so this was an unexpected surprise.

What are your thoughts about the Sativa like growth?

i will be honest, i do nbot beilive og kush is a sativa, i think some inexperienced guys had the cut and made that claim. afghanicas can be spindly and stretchy, but the tops are all hasphlant.

i would say the sativa is the skunk in the cross. that line was very sativa leaning. remember, when people put profit before anything, they will do and say whatever they can to sell something to anyone to give at and artifically inflated value, generally connected directly to their own egocentricity

Thanks again. I'm in week 4 with these and so far so good. They will not be giant yielders but the smoke will be a refreshing change of pace. I also have them in tiny pots so I did not really do them justice.

I was under the impression that the original OG line was a hybrid with pheno's leaning in both directions. Either way it seems odd that a Sativa pheno would dominate all three plants in an OG backcross if it came from the Skunk.

Dutch passion and peak are from that era too right....I remember DP were sellin them for DJ before they split...I think I remember peak getting them back then too n doing f2s but that Bb is very homogenous...
Sagarmatha had it too during that time. I remember DJ not being happy with them selling BB

A few years after that he started releasing new combos of stuff to Sell more seeds since peeps were buying the more economical choices.

DJ was sell in them for 125... DP was 60 bucks , and had flo too,

Peak was like 2o bucks

Sagarmatha was 60 bucks and had flo too.

Sags $lyder was $hanti's Gravity,,$pecial k was Ak47 and Western Winds was KaliMist.

There was a lot of intermingling between breeders
