I think for the distribution you have to check out some Austrian shops.
In Germany only the cannabis club will be allowed to sell, only to members (max 500) and like maximum 7 seeds.
So the most people will buy from other eu countries.

Hey, Bro, great News, I still can't believe that it's really going to happen 10 days from now
I'd love to distribute seeds, but the legal situation about seeds seems a bit unclear at the moment. It's def. going to be legal to order seeds online from other EU Countries, but as far as I have read the law, within Germany the distribution will only be allowed via social clubs, 7 seeds max per p./month, like Ignaz said. I don't know about the Uk, because it's not part of the EU anymore...
Maybe one could place flyers with your website adress on it in Growshops to order online?!

Cool I send either way Worldwide with tracking laws or not , and all orders make it through everytime or il resend.

Never lost any to customs but had 2 disappear( not in Germany 1 in USA and 1 in Australia) in 15 years of posting 1000's and I just resent and they made it 2nd time no problem and no outcome from 2 posted.

No sorry they can't.
Seed are legally sold as Souvenirs in UK ( funny but actually true) and your not supposed to germinate them , just look at them and remember that special strain you smoked in a legal environment .

I don't think I can legally do that the phyto certificate

seriously - people in Germany will not be able buy or sell seeds from / in Germany itself? This is a bit odd, isn´t it? and pretty confusing too, what´s going on?

No not even a joint is allowed , but an 1/8 most likely police just take it off you and write your name/adress down and not arrest you and let you go on your way.

But can still get arrested for that small amount under law if they want to , but 99% time not as no time/space for police for really small amounts these days ( 7g or less)

bloody hell , this is sad
But I´m also aware of the Tories recent policy of banning smoking entirely. As if banning smoking fromm pubs altogether wasn´t extreme enough ....
I used to know an ex copper who openly admitted that they ( the coppers) confiscate pot and other substances, let the people get off, and then smoke the weed etc themselves.
Up until then I had only heard rumours about this sort of stuff going on but this guy actually admitted it freely.
