the dam! last time my stay there was very short lived so I didn't get to experience much more than a few coffee shops and a boat ride around. anyone have some must go to coffee shops, great restaurants, sights, and museums (I am an art major) you recommend? I'm going to be there for ten days then its off to brugge!

lol ill check things out there again.. it was a beautiful part of town ;D. i have decided to go to the van gogh museum, anne frank museum, hash museum, and take a bike tour before i try riding around town myself. i ride all over where i'm at but it's not nearly as congested. coffee shops ill be hitting up for sure are grey area, green house (maybe green house effect), amnesia, dampkring, homegrown fantaseeds, pink floyd, maybe some others?? i'm def going to take a boat tour stoned.. and hit up the museum square for other interesting things to tour. no other suggestions guys??

check out the IamAmsterdam package deal, near the central station, they
have their main customer secrive there. They have the best package deals
and you can save lots of money and do all the tourist things

the boat tour that goes outside Amsterdam and shows the newly built areas
is the best, it won some award as the best tour. Went on this boat tour
after smoking a whole joint of Neville's Haze from Haarlem Willie Wortels
Indica coffeeshop, was definately *pleasurable*

also go check out Haarlem, only 15 minutes by train, and check out the Willie
Wortels Sativa and Indica coffeeshops. The Sativa is right by the station,
when you come out look straight and a little to the left, and you will see it

there you can smoke a joint and ask direction to the Indica shop, this is a
must if you are in Amsterdam, do not miss seeing the small city, that is truly
a gem in the Nethrlands...imo

This is where I will be living when I move to the Netherlands in the late fall,
without a doubt!!!

Id forget greenhouse effect and go for the Green Place near nieuwmarkt.

im for sure going to amnesia. i got here at 8 today. i tried getting lost but my decent sense of direction led me straight to grey area. found it way easily i was expecting it to be more hidden. smoked some roor loads of the grey haze and nepalese temple balls. ive been up for 36 hours 8D.

amnasia is now a part of Barneys....so its very expensive and have the same stuff as barneys(some spezials maybe) but it s sitll a great place to chill out.....

Check out the Dampkrings( normal DK, Tweete Karma, UmmaGumma)
every shop has the basic menu but every offer also have some specials)
in my eys they offer super top quallity and the prices are cheap for the dam!! AH and SSh for 10,5€ Barney Bubblegumm is 10€!!!! quite a diffrencz......
also the riffmann is mostly top notch marroc!!!!

I personal like to chill out at the UmmaGumma(like all the plant around)
and the newest GHS( near UmmaGumma and Barneys) are a very nice shop to relaxe. Very nice with the fish in the ground and also its possible to eat there(good prices and quallity)

And if u like Burger try the "Burger Bar"...best Burger In Adam under 15€

Ahhhhhhhhhhh nearly forgot the best part of the dam and of course a "have to seen" in the summer is the Botanical Garden......with the all Butterflys and the Jungel Greenhouses!!! If the weather is good i allways go there,.... so peacefull...and if u will took some Shrooms is def. the best place to go,too!!!

dude yeah all this info is great i was planning on going to the bot gardens. that will be sweet! ive seen the burger bar a few times it looks good. my feet are about to fall off after today though. i went to barneys for today's coffee shop and got a gram of their hawaiin snow and this new sativa i saw in grey area. at barneys they named it, but it escapes me right now :O haha. it doesnt fill out when it buds however so you get just a gram of swollen calyxes. it's reallllllyyy bomb though. one of my calyxes had a fresh seed in it too haha barnied!

I recon that would be the quesar haze, or quaze as it's called at other shops.

I wouldn't be too stoked about the bean you found in them buds dude, I spotted plenty nanners in the sample i bought.

I was at GA two weeks ago, and I'm sure it's the same. I think they called it Equatorial sativa?

it was called dr. grinspoon at barney's and just pure sativa at grey area. the guys at the cannabis college love it. they also recommend the dk over any of the coffee shops because its the only legit all bio and the prices are reasonable. one of them also showed me a legit all organic shop near the heineken brewery witch had some beautiful flowers the locals there were suprised i knew about it. i'm in brugge now sampling the beers! ill be back in the dam for two days before im back in the states on the 16th. also, i got alot of praise for the pictures of my plants i had on my camera from the guys at the canna-college. yeah im not too stoked on the seed i found. the pure sativa here is really susceptable to hermies. whateva i'm lovin' this trip. off to ride through town! bikes > all transportation.
