So it’s a bit of a sad day my dog Jack of the past 16 years has reached the point where I’m going to have to put him down to ease his pain he’s the last of a family of five I’m going to put up a lot of pictures here in the memorial of him and his family … here he is currently , the appointment is at 3:30 EST …

I know it's a bit sappy but I found the message a comfort when I was in a similar position of having to decide to put down a pet to spare it from suffering. I especially liked the part about how the pet is restored to full health and vigor and looks again just how we remembered them from days long gone by.
