My big takeaway: In less than three years, Paraguay went from being the most important producer of marijuana in South America to concentrating the exit of cocaine from the continent.

Paraguay today is ruled by brazilian mafias and they are just adding a new business on top of being the most important regional marihuana producer which they will keep being for a long time. DEA has set up a basis in Pedro Juan Caballero in 2006 and since then quality went downhill

You know, 8u$s(eight!! american dollars) a kilo of paraguayan weed at origin is not really inspiring as business and new more profitable business these people are always looking for

The good ole USA should get in the Biz of supplying the people with what they want/need, sad to say but it's a no-brainer!
