I would like some help..
This landrace Zacatecas/Michoacán has a weird smell, like decomposition...
After putting it to dry for 12 days we start the trimming to put it in jars but we noticed a strange smell like decomposition.
Today we noticed that the smell dissipated a little bit.
Do you guys consider that this would be normal in this landrace?
