nice confucius quote... i'm using fox farm big bloom, but if you supplement with tiger bloom, that would be a good combo. haven't used pb, but used earth juice grow during veg.
visited the shop and after going over the options i grabbed some pureblend pro bloom. In conjuction with Budswel it should be what i'm lookin for to give that kick in the ass for more fatness!
yes, for some of my plants there were needing some more food i think. We will see, i fed them yesterday. The budswel didn't really show much of an effect so i wanted the PBP for more punch.
Pizza dude, I make ewc/bat guano/kelp/molasses teas which I give every watering.
I add Alaska fish skwezzin and Earth Juice Bloom in varying concentrations when I feel they need a boost.
The tea turns out on the alkaline side (8.5) and is fairly stable there. I use the liquid ferts and this drops the pH.
I further bring down the pH with apple cider vinegar to around the low 6's.
In organics there is a line of thinking that humates in your soil and D.lime will buffer the pH so if you choose not adjust the pH thats ok too. This is just what I do.
Anyway, I understand the FF products are more pH stable...I have never tried them so I can not speak to thier preformance.
Te Alaska fish is ultra cheapa and organic...it is high in heavy metals but I am not that much of a organic fanatic to worry about.
Somewhere in the these halls of threads are some good reports written by a gaggle of growing gals (three of them) that covers your question completely I think.
Its by 3LB or three little birds. I think they go by the name of TheFlintsones.
