Your experience with Happy Frog

I really love the FF ocean. Today I ended up with a bag of Happy Frog when I picked up my stuff. I have read the technical stuff but I am interested in what growers have experienced. Stand alone or mixed with something else.
One post I found talked about mixing it 1/3 with 2/3 ocean potting.
So who has used it and what can you tell me. Thanks!

The guy at my hydro store told me that Happy Frog is basically OF+Light Warriar which included the beneficial Fungi. I have had the best luck mixing 40-50% peralite with the Happy Frog. When i didnt use as much Peralite the soil was just too heavy.

That is what I was wondering about.
I found some more posts about people that mix it. No one mentions if it did anything great for the plants. Thanks.

The soil is a little heavy so like wreck said I'd add perilite to it. Other than that i like it better than OF b/c you get 2 cubic feet per bag for less money.

Great stuff

how much do u guys pay for a bag of happy frog? places like hid hut and other online vendors sells them for like 20 a bag. thats pretty expensive. i live like miles from fox farm company and u can pick up palates of soil for like 400 which is like 4 bucks a bag. which i think is pretty cool

$10 here. Arcata right?? That would be excellent. So they will sell to public from the FF company? That would be real doable for me. This is a real bonus, thanks!!

I liked light warrior. I get 2 bags and add a half cup of dolomitic lime and 5 cups of earthworm castings with fossilized kelp. That's all I add. I used to use blood and bone meal but I think the earthworm/kelp ammendments are much better.
