YM-2008 Precise 1.18" TDS / PH Meter / Monitor

Hello, I was wondering if anyone ever tried this PH&EC meter I found from asia - it costs ~$63 and it seems to be pretty accurate. But I wanted to find someone who could tell me out of experience if it's a good monitor for my ph and nute levels. Thank you

more than likely its garbage.

you want something that will handle a generic bnc containerized ph electrode... otherwise you will be stuck buying these dogshit electrodes you see pictured with the unit.

electrodes are for the most part, not designed for online monitoring. id recommend a gelled electrode at least.

it also needs to be calibratible to two ph buffer solutions...this can be done with the little pots you see on crap hanna meters, or digitally. it dose not really matter.


on the other hand at 63 bucks... give it a go if you wish. that's like... a weeks worth of groceries. not the end of the world if its dog shit.
