Yield Master II 6" GLASS-COVER? ON/OFF?

If a fan is attached, glass is optional. No fan, no glass.

If so, keep the glass on, and put a centrifugal fan to blow or suck air through. Awesome reflectors, I'm considering upgrading my soil room with those, hinged glass for ease of glass cleaning, ease of bulb change, nice gasketing for a tight seal. I just want to see what kind of light spread they put off with a 600 in comparison to a Super Sun 2.

Yieldmaster II's dont have hinged glass, they are just wing nuts and screws on four corners. The hinges are on the Cool Sun, Cool Sun XL, Super Sun, Super Sun II, and I think the Magnum XL and XXL and Great White do as well.
Mine are ok, the corners don't get much light. They seem to work best with 1000w bulbs, nothing less. I leave the glass on and pull air through them. I'd invest in the Super Sun II's if I had to do it over again, but the Yield Master does fine in a 3x3 footprint and will do 4x4 with coverage overlap no problem.

I have two of the Supremes and no, the glass is not hinged. I bought both new and the gaskets are slightly leaky, I ran a small strip of duct tape along the sides and it fixed it
