Yield from autoflower in south Europe (Greece)

Hello guys:dance013:

I have a dilemma.. a friend of mine that is living in Albania is telling me that they are growing autoflowers there that yields up to 200g each plant but from what I read on forums and on the net I understand that the outdoor autous yield around 50g give or take...

Of course I understand that everything is relatively and many factors are included to get good results but could someone help me understand what yield I can expect if I grow autos outdoors in Greece during spring/summer and IF it is possible to have the same results as my friend in Albania?

Why not,
it mostly depends on strain and conditions, If you can take care and water+feed the plants right, over 100g per plant is definitely possible. Bigger and denser autos can give lots of product, heard of 150g auto plants grown on 45N.
I grown for myself two years ago and could reach 30g per plant in a shady guerrilla situation, I imagine in a backdoor garden one could grow massive autos if taken good care of.
Careful with transplanting autos(better not) and get them a big enough hole or pot for root development.
If I was to choose autos for outdoors, I'd get me some LaBuenaHierba's Haze#2 and SDH, DutchPassion's AutoUltimate + maybe some of Dinafem's xxl.

Please make a journal here and make us salivate:)

Good point, Jay. I believe that it's spelt Hierba, just in case anyone wanted to run a search. Shortstuff Seeds also sell some super autos.

Autoflowering strains need a lot of attention in the first stage of life... That is the crucial part in cultivating autos.
For the rest: take care of them, give them fertilizer, a lot of sun (which is typical for Greece) and you will see the great results in a short period of time man!

why is it that all are carcking up on how much they can get pr plant - is this site not about quality over quantity ?

you get what you get, you dont know before its done.
no one knows what they get before they get it

Thank you for your answer :good:
I have read that it is best to start them inside to give them a strong start before getting them out, is that a good advice?
I am thinking of AutoUltimate and Think Different.

La Buena Herbia has breed some long season super autos. Maybe your friend is growing one of his strains?

Hard to believe these are autoflower, some are as tall as full season plants

That is an amazing picture indeed:bow:
I will not be able to reach him for some time now, he told me about this many months ago and back then I did not mind to ask him the name of the strain but I remember he said it was done within 2 months.

Yeah Kyriakos, start them indoors, and when you see that they are strong enough to survive outside, put them in the nature. :tiphat:
