I just feed her with a full spectrum fertilizer that has all the ingredients to make her grow healthy!Iwill post pics in a few days when she starts to recover!

looks like an Nitrogen def to me, but mate I get balled out everytime I try n help in these posts as my join date is too recent and I'm a first timer.

I would advise using a some kelp(seaweed) extract on them both in a foliar spray and in feed (don't over do it - read the instructions very carefully and if in doubt use half a dose). They're definitely hungry mate... if they were mine I would give them a dose of N27 (various makers sell a version)

best of luck

it cant be nitrogen defficiency because it would start on the older leaves the yellowing you know,it is because of lack of mobile elements like Zn,Fe and the rest why it is yellowing

Yellowing of new growth can be a sulphur deficiency, as with any nutrient problem it is always advisable to flush a few times and load up LIGHTLY with some decent high nitrogen vegetative fertiliser. dont over do this , just as per intructions X 1/4, and after you have flushed make sure the dirt gets a good soaking of the fert, I notice you have soil so only fert it every two weeks, waterings in between. up the strength of nutes to full strength after 2 weeks
Dont worry about what is there ever recovering either, what you are looking for is healthy NEW growth

I know i found out what it is,the yellowing of new growth is called chlorosis due to the lack of mobile elements, such as Fe an Zn I gave her a little Fe based chelatine and some microelements food and she is starting to green up a bit,i will post pictures!
