yellowing leaves?

The lower leaves of my plant are yellowing/dying. I'm not terribly worried about it, but I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what's causing it. Also, I was wondering if it's better to leave them be or snip them off.

Here's a pic:

Your plants are showing an N deficiency and your pots are too small. I've found that the 1st sign of a plant being rootbound, besides stunted growth, is an N deficiency, so that's probably the cause. The cure is easy; re-pot and add a light feeding of grow nutes.

Once half or more of the leaf is crispy, I pull them off so they don't get infected with a fungus or bacteria. With those N deficient leaves, they ought to just pop off if you touch the stem.

They are certainly root bound

The aforementioned diagnosis I agree with as well

leave them on, never snip off a leaf

N def

you can grow to some crazy sizes in small pots, but yeah it would be beneficial to upgrade your pot when possible
