Yellowing leaf only in middle of plant??

Hi my plants are showing signs of a Molybdenum deficiency however I have been regularly feeding them a nute solution that has Mo which is why I think it may be something else. The pH is exactly 7 in all soils. The yellowing only occurs in the middle of the plant, and the first sign I had was when the buds (my plants are revegs so there are tiny buds on the lower part of the stalk) started to turn brown. Then the leaves started to yellow and get brown tips. I've also found brown circles on some of the leaves. Any help would be appreciated.

7.0 is a tad high, but likely not the only issue. Not clear how you are confirming this? Is this a run off test with a calibrated meter?

I shoot for 60-6.5 in soil.

I just went out there today to find that the necrosis is spreading. does anyone have any suggestions? please?
