Hello, i have problem with yellowing upper leafs. I tried so many things. Maybe you could help me...

Firstly i think it should be lack of nitrogen or sulfur. I added extra fertilizers. I used solution with ppm 1100, and runoff was 2200 - 2400. Than I flashed all plants. My next step was to adjust fertilizer to 1,100 ppm. Nothing changed.

there is some information:

grown in soil
strains / The usual flowering period (according the friend who give me clones)
double dutch (serious seeds) / 55-65 days
white widow (dutch passion) / 50-55 days

1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
clones

2. How old are your plants?
10 days / vegatation ; 40 days / flowering

3. How tall are your plants?
about 45 cm

4. What size containers are they planted in?
4 - 5 litres

5. What is your soil mix?
Plagron Light-mix

6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
Every 3 days until the soil is saturated and also with tap water. (ppm of tap water = 350 ppm )

7. What is the pH of your (tap) water?
7.3

8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
Hesi Bloom Complex: Nitrogen 3%, Phosphorus 2.6%, Potassium 3.6%
Hesi Phosphorus Plus (PK flowering booster)
Hesi SuperVit (mix of 15 vitamins and 10 amino acids)
enzymes sometimes

9. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
600 w HPS

10. How close are your lights to the plants?
before about 45, today i changed to 60

11. What size is your grow space ?
1,2 m x 1,2 m

12. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
humidity:day/night: 35 / 45 %
temperature: 27-29 / 20-22

13. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
No

judging by the pics and the avg flower time...i would say it's normal end of life yellowing. the buds aren't very clear, are the pistils mostly all turned brown?

sorry i'm high. that looks like phosphorous def, starts at the biggest fan leaves first? if you're thinking it's too early to be running out then just up your dose of P next watering but i wouldn't feed more than once so close to end of flower.

thanks for your post. I am not sure, but I think yellowing started with all upper leaves, not only big fan leaves. But it started about 2 weeks ago (probably in 25. days of flower). it is too early. On the other hand, it is possibe when it started, it was lack of P, and now it's normal, because of end of cycle. But one of my friends have really nice plants with green leaves (flower period is similar), and I also would like to have these healthy plants.

today i will up dose of P, and then we will see

Not read other than the title (did see the pic) but.. 2 week(?) flush will do/does that..

40 days is like less than 6weeks so I doubt that, maybe your going for a long flush!
Needs nitrogen.Interesting to know what you've done to Deprive them of nutrients or at least Nitrogen

Smoking speed dried chem4d btw and still as tasty as Phook :)

you don't want green leaves on your plant when you harvest fyi. shits gonna smoke horrible. but at day 40 on a 55 day strain? just feed one more time with 2x the amount of P as usual, then plain water till the end.

Initially I also think that it is the lack of nitrogen, but the lack of nitrogen should be reflected on the bottom leaves . I have problem with upper leaves - Could it be deficiency of Sulphur ? because sulphur is not mobile in the plant.

I agree now (45.days of flower) it is normal, but I wonder what caused the yellowing already in the 25th days.

sulfur is a micro nutrient micro nutrients def show on newer young leaves first. not older larger fan leaves. the way the edges of the leaf only burn in a v-shape from the tip of the leaf indicates Phos and to a lesser extent K. k def looks similar but it's spots first. P looks like the whole section is burned out.

Hey folks! I am also using hesi products and still havent started adding any Phosphorus. Only bloom nutes since they started flowering. They are now 3 weeks into flowering outdoor. Strain sour diesel from fastbuds
Buds looking like this now. And one plant started showing yellow leaves. Is it a sign I should start giving Phosphorus or something else might be the problem? I cut them off now and will see how it goes.. they still need approx a month to finish. Thoughts, suggestions much appreciated guys if anyone can help
2 different pics of buds - 2 different plants - one started getting yellow leaves now and dont know what could be the problem so I asking desperately for help all over

Those leaves are bronzing from too much calcium in the water. Calcium will travel to the end of the leaves and help protect the tissue from the Sun. However, if you water heavily to saturation with water that has a lot of calcium in it, the extra calcium will have nowhere to go and get stuck in the end of the leaves and bronze them. Either use larger containers or use RO or Rainwater next time to prevent leaf bronzing. 😎
