Looks just like a pH issue.. or a calcium lockout nute burn......since you have not tested the run off after watering them......
You need to test it to find out what the pH is...... What is the dosage you are feeding your plants?
Do you mean you get your water from the tap? You need to get a more accurate pH test if you can.... get some pH test strips or get a pH pen and collect the run off from the bottom of the bags/pots and test it.
Problem been going on for 4 weeks and you can tell, the tan spots is necrotic tissue that the plant has sucked it from, so this tells me that it may be a micro nutrient related problem weather it is from lack off or lockout due to pH or overfeeding.....
That looks like a long term calcium deficiency...... the 2nd picture helps out a lot too, calcium deficiency can happen on leaves edges like a potassium deficiency, but calcium does not happen on the edges and the inside of the leaves it picks either or so one leaf could have it on the edges and another have it on the inner part of the leaves but only few edges would be affected.
are these in ml? If so that is a crazy feeding regimen you got..... why are you feeding them that much..... you should always go by the size of your plants then the directions on the nutes.
Not to mention I am sure with your pH being so high your burn is not as badly......
I would first get a more accurate pH tester first before correcting it, because those kits are not as good as strips and digital ph pens........
I am sure with that feeding you are burning them. If you fed them every week your plants would be fryed......
Your weekly watering helps flush the plants out...... you need to cut back on all nutes....
Yup, that pen will do it for ya. It also comes with calibrating fluid too.
You will need to keep that pen calibrated every 2 weeks. also I would not reuse the fluid to calibrate so after you calibrate it if you have to reuse it, only do it once and that is it.
You will need calibrating fluid for both acidic and alkaline, just like the ones that come with your pH pen kit.
Cut your dosage and start out half of what you were using when you feed...... all you need to do is flush your plant out with a lot of water 2x the amount of water and then wait around a week before feeding again, make sure it's a light feeding cause they will take a little time to heal.
You were also lucky using the hydrozyme, otherwise your plants would be worse than what they are now......
I would start off on that and increase it after the first dosage to double if your going to use hydrozyme.... it causes plants to use nutes quicker and grow quicker......
I would flush them out now, unless the medium is still too wet then I would wait until watering as long as they don't get worse overnight or something then you would have no choice, but to flush them out.
