Yellow tips growing in perfect mix?

One of my nirvana's has yellow tips. She's about 12 days old, growing in perfect mix from wal-mart. Watered every few days with evian water. Under 150W of cfls. Temps usually between 78-82. On one of the leaves a good portion of the tip is yellow on the outside, brown on the part where it meets the green. Another smaller leaf has slight speckled yellow spots. Besides that looks healthy. No pics yet but I thought since this is prob a common setup someone would know?

What is in perfect mix soil? Does it have fertilizer or dolomite lime? Plants can't live on just water alone.

could be a number of things! yellowing could be anything and the specs could be a def. whats in the soil and what is the ph??

Not sure what the PH of the soil is, how do you measure that? I'm new to growing so all I can find is on the back of the bag it says gauranteed analysis
0.10-0.08-0.06. That help?

to test ph get a ph test kit ie digital or even test strips at for an aquarium or swimming pool and test the run off water.

perfect mix is a shultz 9 month feeding mix. Get some better dirt. Easiest thing to do. It will set them back. That is for growing petunias. Sorry for bluntness but that orange bag just makes me mad.
