Yellow leaves please help

About 3 weeks ago plants started to get some pale yellow leaves. Mostly on top sun leaves. Bottom growth and most bud leaf is green. I am thinking ph but I really dont know this is my first time in sunshine #4. I feed each time using drip emitters using flora nova bloom at 1/2 tsp gal and floraliscious bloom at 1 ml gal. 300- 400 ppm. Using 90% ro water and 10% tap. ph at 5.8-6. I water often but not much (quart per 3 gal pot).Usually no run off.Temp in room is 80 at most. Sativa strain. Plants were perfect first 4 weeks. They are 8 weeks in in pic. They will go to 75 days. Just ran ro water water through a pot to get runoff. ppm was 5 and ph. was 6.5. runoff was 1500 ppm and 5.7 ph. Any thoughts on whats causing this?? Trying to get pics up having problems.

Sounds like you need a flush.I would say a salt built up you need to give your coco a liberal amount of run off or flush once a week if you are going to feed every time you water. If you fail to do so you will experience lockouts when the ppm starts to rise.

you beat me to it, nice to see a smart lady grower. salts will do you in bro, at least a 25% runoff each watering.

Their right..you MUST have run-off to prevent salt build up. When I have pale leaves on top and essentially nowhere else, it's because my lights (1000 watts) are too close to the tops of the plants. Some people call it "light bleaching". You didn't mention how close your lights are to the plants. So I raise the lights bit and maybe move the plants so different ones are directly under the lights. That usually solves the problem.

I know its not light bleaching. I'm thinking build up causing lockout too. Im using sunshine #4 not coco. I dont like to have runoff in the 3 gals cause they stay moist for too long n it takes like 1/2 gal each pot. Thats why I was feeding so lightly. So would it be better to soak them n get runoff even if they stay wet for 5 days?

My aplogizes you are correct Sunshine #4 is a soiless mix.

You have a ppm of 400 going in 1500 out that is a salt build up your next watering you need to flush

Two ways to go about this flush every time the ppm starts to rise or a nice run off every watering and you must pick up the standing run off do not let the plant sit in water

Another thing to try is do not feed every watering just make sure you keep a eye on that ppm do not let it rise to much you can let drift a little

Until you know how to tell what your plant is asking for i would not try those no run off methods stick with the basics

Find you a mentor copy their style they don't mind

BTW i am a dude

Maryj315- What the hell is my lady doin on your avatar? Gonna smack a bitch.
Thanks for your thoughts guys. I flushed with very weak nutes and will keep testing runoff. Just dont like how much water sunshine holds. I prob. should have used 2 gal. instead of 3.
