Yellow dots and white veins

Hi,
I have got one month old flower, which I am having problems with for like 2-3 days now. It started at the bottom leafs, some sort of yellowy little "dots" as you can see at the picture, one leaf is getting pretty white near the "veins". The dirt I used as medium was clear and I think that I havent drowned the flower. Didnt use any chemistry.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just this guy, ya know?
First off do you know the PH of the water going in? Cause a lot of times it's PH problems. That being said, there isn't a little black spot in the middle of each circle is there? And are the bottoms of the leafs affected? If so to those it might be leaf septoria which is caused by a fungus. The website crops photos to 1k x 1k, so for closeups you might need to crop out the center part of the leaf shot to get a better closeup shot.

I noticed few little black dots at the bottom of the leafs, there were are like 10 of them at the whole flower, you are propably right its spider mites, before I searched google for them I though that they are harmless and will only do webs or some sort of that stuff, yeah so yesterday I had no idea but still there was pretty hot in my room so I had fan turned on for whole day, maybe that reduced their number, so for now I will support the flower with stick and make the fan blow at it ? And i also saw that I could mix alcohol with water 1:10 and spray the flower ? Would that be correct way to save my belowed flower ? Or if not what elso should I do ? Also added bottom side of the leaf at the pic

they are not harmless, they leach energy out of your plants and the netz suffocate the flowers and stop them ripening properly. they are relatively easy to get rid of during veg phase by dunking the whole plant upside down in a insecticide made for spider mites that you are comfortable using. pyrethrum will deal with spider mites if you dunk them. there are many threads about dealing with spider mites.

I spray water with an ounce of alcohol in a gallon of water. Kills webs, mites and eggs. Spray every 3 days for 2 weeks. :)

Caution: Alcohol is extremely harsh on roots, so please keep it out of the root zone.
