We're growing 24 medical indica plants indoors in potting compost. 12 started off in a clone tent, the other 12 flowering in the grow room:

Our problem is in the grow room. We are new growers who have just fought off white fly and now this happens - see photos below.
Browny yellow blobs appear on the leaves that look like some kind of bite mark - but with nothing to do the biting. They spread really quickly and from plant to plant and do not seem to be confined to the veins.
Problem is as much on the top leaves as the fans. There are NO insects visible. We have never seen one insect related to this problem.
I answered the relevant questions on the Sticky:
How long has this problem been going on? started 6 weeks ago. Controlling it via spraying hydrogen peroxide and dish soap.
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents)Tent No - potting compost.
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...) n/a
What STRAIN are you growing? It seems to start off with the Super Sweet Tooth then spread to the others - Blueberry is more resilient.
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) Clone. Clones are grown in a separate tent (not a system - just our tent). In the clone tent the problem has not appeared. The problem starts once the plants have been moved from the clone tent into the grow room.
What is the age of your plants? It starts after about 10 weeks.
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now? around 10 weeks?(coco,soiless etc..) Around 10 weeks in the compost but given more (mix of old and new) when they are set into the grow room.
How tall are the plants? 60 - 80cm
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Pre-flower or mid

What is the Water temperature? n/a
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy? no - white and healthy
What Nutrient's are y ou using?(If growing soiless) n/a
........
Airflow - healthy
Growing temp and humidity: 80 degrees and fifty most of the time.
The fan is not blowing on the plants.
Medium soft tap water for watering.
NO CHEMICALS USED
