Can you include some pictures of the gills? What color is the spore print?

Is it growing near or under any trees? If so, what kind?

i live in asia. i dunno that plant beside it specially that mushroom but cool stripes right?i think the gills are black. i didnt get some spore print from it, just admired its beauty close up

I have seen some similar and some pics in id books,

there is no way anyone can id that (aside from the pros who do it everyday) just from a pic of the top of the cap and a description of black color of the gills.

if you really want a mushroom id'd, you will have to pick it (without removing the mycelium), make a sporeprint, describe things like habitat, region, trees nearby, etc. and certain things about the gills such as: do they attach at the stem in the middle?

etc.

without more info, it will be all guesses.

yeah it was meant for pros or people who may have seen it before from it's appearance from the pic as its unique looking.
but if they dont know. i think im more on the side of just sharing this picture for people like you to see
