Xtrasun 1000w DE lighting controller keeps restarting

So my lt1 lighting controller from xtrasun keeps turning its self off...

Like I can plug it in and it stays on .. until I plug the phone wire (the one going to all ballasts) in the port of the controller... then the controller just keeps turning on and off.. like resetting its self...it wont keep the lights lit.

What could be the issue?

So you have a number of lights in a daisy chain. This light works until it meets the rest of the chain. I would go to the next light, unplug it from the data and then put the data wire into the working light while no other light is on the other end. If the light goes off, it's your wire. If the light stays on, start making the daisy chain longer, a piece at a time, until it goes wrong
