What do you mean by "dechlorinated" tap water ?
Are you using an aquarium additive to "dechlorinate" your tap water ?
Or are you aerating the water to de-gass out the chlorine ?

Picture number 1 looks like a high heat and low humidity issue...but...
Picture number 2 looks like a K def or lockout by sodium tox, possibly caused by sodium in your water, which is why I asked you what you meant by "dechlorinated" tap water. If you've used one of those liquid aquarium additives to 'dechlorinate' your tap water...then there's your sodium. These types of additives are sodium based and are nothing more than common table salt in liquid form.

Your air handling sounds insufficient too. Circulation fans do very little to draw the heat out of the space without having some kind of exhaust and intake too.
Without good airflow, intake and exhaust fresh air, circulation fans blowing on plants can aggravate a hot and dry condition giving that picture 1 look.

These grows with kitchen sink combo cocktails of nutes and poop soups, can also be very difficult to deal with too, as the combos sometimes counteract each other causing lockouts & tox's.

I just let tap water sit open for several days to allow the chlorine to evaporate. Airflow and ventilation are sufficient if my description was not. Heat is not an issue as This is same setup Ive been useing for 6-7 grows. I think your on it with nute problems. What do you rec instead of this type of feeding?

Have you ever flushed the planters to leech away salts build-up ?

Why all those ferts together ? and are you putting the guano directly on the soil like a top dressing ?

Looks like the plants are over fertilized and under watered.

But that is a very general assumption..

The curling of the leaves along with the burnt tips could mean they are getting too much nitrogen and not enough of another nutrient.

Also could be micronutrient/mineral deficency.

I flushed them 2 days ago after I posted this thread. Do organic ferts create the same salts as chem ferts? As for using different ones, Im still figuring this stuff out. I was under the impression that tiger bloom is a suppliment to big bloom, and guano etc are also additives rather than stand alone ferts. I may be wrong, please tell me what you think.
This might be a clue. 1 plant looked perfect and quickly developed yellowing of the very top leaves coming out of the cola. They had whole sections of the leaf that were yellow and others green. It was quick and didnt start at any particular part of the leaf. This only happened at the very top.
I never check runoff ph until the other day( ph at watering is between 6 and 7) and it was app 4.

The qty of ferts and the fact you do it every 3 days might be worth looking further into. Ferting every 3 days is quite a lot?

Can we have a look at the soil? That may help.

it looks to me like lock out due to too much ferts thus further leading to a mag def in pic 2? i've been there and i can tell from your nutes which i also ran, these babies can recover if properly flushed and gingerly ramped back up on the nutes-the new growth will tell you how much to feed
better to let the pros give you some further advice but like i said, i've been there and hope you took cuts -all the best

I eased up to that level of feeding over several grows with little problem. The only difference this time is the marine cusine and flowering (hi P) guano. I used 2 tbs per pot as dressing of cusine at app wk2 of 12/12 and added 1 tbs per plant of guano 2 wks later. They had some issues before but the batshit preceeded the major part of it. The flush seems to be helping but it was only 2 days ago.
here are 2 pics today, 1 shows the up curling bubba leaves and the other is the yellowing top leaves I mentioned earlier.
