Wow, not every company drug tests for new hires

I had two job offers this past week, one of the jobs before they even officially offered me the job told me to go to a drug screening piss test within 48 hrs.

The other one, the one I ended up taking because it was a little bit more money did not. After I accepted and was talking to the HR person I started to realize, wow they are not going to make me piss in a cup.

Bottom line, it is just weird the whole drug testing mentality some companies, like the offer I did not take have.

Exactly, it's a racket. Major infringement of people's privacy. Even the Highway Cops know Cannabis stays in the system for weeks, so drug tests for Cannabis is a fraud, since the person could have smoked over the weekend etc.
Alot of tests don't detect stuff like excstasy either, making them that much more useless.
Boycott employers who discriminate against your choice of medication or herbal therapy outside the job...

id stay unempleyed before piss for some fucking nai company to geve me the "priviage" of towing my guts out to make them rich.......fruck that for a game of soldiers.

lol same thing happened to me. i heard that they did hair folicle tests but they didnt test me at all. funny how life wors out sometimes.
