Would this be too much heat or lack of nutrients?

Three 40w CFL's in a PC case with a "tornado" PC fan blowing the hot air out and 2 regular PC fans blowing air in from the bottom (I know I need to work on my case design), just finished my first week of 12/12, been trying to figure out the whole nutrient thing, so the last 3 times i've watered have been different plant foods, the most recent being an orchid food I found in my kitchen (nearest hydro store is an hour away and i have been too busy to drive out and get anything good), but the plant has been doing this pretty much for the last two weeks. What does this look like? my temps have been kinda high, peaking around 91* but usually in the mid-high 80's with the lights on.
Thanks!

Looks like nitrogen issue... how often were you feeding the plant? How much too?

I would not try using different brands the way you were using them.... can cause a lot of conflict stuff

Which ones did you use on it?
How hot is your grow room? How often are you watering too cause your leaves look droopy like there roots are being too wet......

More information about your growing conditions would help a ton too.......

How long has this problem been going on? About a week and a few days
What STRAIN are you growing? Bagseed
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Seed
What is the age of your plants? Roughly 6 weeks
How Tall are the plants? LST'd / Tied down, probaly about 8" though
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) LST
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 6"
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using? Miracle Grow Organic
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each with how much water? How Often? Schultz Plant Food Plus (10-15-10) about 1/3 strength in distilled water w/ 1 teaspoon epsom salt (per gallon) twice, Schultz African Violet (8-14-9) 1/4 strength in tap water w/ 1 teaspoon epsom salt (per gallon) yesterday. I've been watering every 3 days or so, the pot has about a dozen drain holes in the bottom and the soil feels dry when I stick my finger in
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? ...
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? No PH meter
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? No PH meter
How often are you watering? roughly every 3 days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? last night, whenever it looks/feels like the soil is dry
What size bulb are you using? three 40w 2700k CFL's, as of tonight just two 40w 2700k's and one 23w 6500k in an attempt to bring temps down
What is the distance to the canopy? 3"
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) range for last 24 hours is 24% and 39%, right now its 23%
What is the canopy temperature? Range for last 24 hours is 73*f to 94*f, 90*f right now
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) 73* to 94*
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 75cfm computer fan blowing out, two cheapo 80mm case fans blowing in (one across the bulbs, one beneath the exhaust fan)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Yes
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? Nope I let it dry out before watering
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Distilled
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Distilled water, ran out last night so I used tap water
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? There were a few fan leaves that were looking pretty bad (light yellow with dark spots) that I snipped off, but thats it
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? 2-3 weeks ago lightly sprayed the top of the soil with neem oil in hopes of preventing anything from hatching/growing
Are plant's infected with pest's? I'll occasionally see a gnat buzzing around but I only see one every few days and I usually am able to kill them

I had similiar looking plants once..
mine was from overwatering and combined with high heat and high humidity...
but i could have been a nute imbalance too...

I re-potted all of mine..(reason was to clean the rootball and refill with fresh soil.)

I just repotted about 3 weeks ago. I was growing in 1 liter soda bottles, now they're in 6" diameter plant pots, I kinda doubt/hope its not that they're already out of room.... this is a micro-grow after all, haha

You're most likely overfeeding. Miracle grow is pretty strong. The bag says it will feed up to 3 months! Your plant had probably not used most of those nutrients already in the soil before you piled more on. The soil may have been too hot for it to begin with, and I'm guessing you confused the symptoms for deficiencies and decided to feed.
You need to know the pH, and it could be contributing to the problem. If you can't afford a meter get the fish tank drops
The fungus gnats aren't helping either..

Why would you not use your tap? Is it overly hard?

When you use distilled water you must suppliment with micronutrients that distilled water does not have.....

You are not over feeding your plants, they are not overfed, there vigor is low due to nitrogen not being in enough amounts for the plant.....

mg is strong, but if used correctly you will have good plants; first thing is never listen to the directions on the mg EVER....... you will burn your plants then.

MG organic soil is mostly pH corrected and should not have any issues unless lots of stuff was added or overfed which the plants do not look like they are overfed, they look hungry and they are drooping.... if they were burned they would have vigor but there would be burns or brown necrotic spotting, spots.... this plant is hungry not nute burn......

No, they are not out of room yet, but now you need to find a nutrient and keep using it.... if you can I would start using tap for a little bit, just until you can get your hands on something that has calcium and magnesium in it...... your starving your plants of micros which it needs to help keep it's vigor and strong stems.
