Worth Trying To Save? Multiple Probs?

This is my very first grow and I've had some serious problems.
I've really thrashed these poor plants.

Are these little ones likely to pull through?
Should I continue trying or just give up and throw them out?

And have I learned enough to be successful with the next try?

What STRAIN are you growing? C99 x Deep Chunk (Cannacopia) and Sugar Blossom (Joey Weed)
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) Seed
What is the age of your plants? 4 weeks
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Veg I think (Seedling?)
What Technique are you using? Was first Drip DTW, now Hand Watering
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.) Coco
What is the Nutrient temperature? Not measured
What Nutrient's are you using? Started on GH Flora, now on H&G Cocos A+B
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using? Started at 187ppm @ 4days, 632 @ 7d, 300 @ 10d, 465 @ 15d, 678 @ 28d, 865 @ 31d
What is the pH of the "Tank"? between ~5.5 to ~6.5 till meter came @ 18d, then kept it between 5.8 and 6.2
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment? Yes
What size bulb are you using? 2 14w LEDs, then added a 90w UFO LED
What is the distance to the canopy? ~1 foot
What is your RH Factor? 36 to 55
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range) 72 to 82 F @ canopy
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) Had no breeze until 3 days ago.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? No
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Soft tap, then purified
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? Neem 3 days ago, just on top of medium
Are plant's infected with pest's? Had some small flies that I believe were breeding in the algae that was growing on top of the medium. After clearing out some of the worst clumps of algae, spraying the top with H202, and spraying with Neem oil twice, they are gone.

Day

0 I started germinating 5 C99xDC seeds and 5 SB seeds in peat pellets with tap water.

2 Let them get too dry, so I lost 2 of the CxD.

3 Put under LED lights (A little late, a couple of them stretched). Lights on 24/7

4 Started light feeding 1/1/1 ml /gal (187ppm) of HG Flora. I believe PH was a little high at this point, maybe ~6.5.
Feeding 2 to 3 times per day with some runoff.

7 Transplanted into coco in bags. Too soon? Maybe better to use smaller size at this point?
I did not rinse the Canna Coco because I was told it didn't need it. I now think this may have been the main problem.
Feeding 1.5/1.5/1.5 per gal

8 Lost power for ~4 hrs (no lights) Temp drop to 66F for a while.
10 Upped nutes to 2/1.5/1.5 per gal (312ppm) PH ~6
11 Starting to get alarmed about some browning.
12 Curling leaves with some distortion, Brown tips.
I thought maybe low Humidity since it got as low as 34% the last five days, so I put a plate of water on the heater to get the RH up
Then I decided it was Nute Burn, so I got some purified water and flushed, did not add any nutes for a few days.
All water use from this point is purified, not tap

15 Looking worse with some wilting. Flushed again. Decided it was a nute Deficiency instead. So fed with 5/2.5/2.5 per gal (465ppm) PH ~6.5
I finally checked the runoff and found it to be PH ~5 (so PH in ~6.5 out ~5!)
Feeding 1 to 2 times per day with some runoff. (Thought maybe overwatering was part of prob)

18 Decided I needed coco specific nutes, so started using Home and Garden Cocos A+B using their nute schedule (5.5A/5.5B per gal 430ppm) PH 5.9

23 Upped nutes to (6/6 per gal 509ppm) PH 5.8
27 Sprayed H2O2 onto algae on top of coco
28 Decided Mag deficiency, so added 5ml/gal of CalMagPlus (6/6 + 5 per gal 678ppm) PH 6.1
Noticed flies, so scraped some of the worst algae and sprayed Neem Oil on coco
Finally got a fan set up to move the air around.

31 Nute Feeding now at 5.5/5.5 + 10 Calmag + .4 DripClean = 865ppm PH 5.9
There has been very little growth of the Sugar Blossom strain in the last few days.
The weaker C99xDC strain has had no growth at all and getting worse and worse. At this point I'm doubting that even the strongest one could pull through this.

What I've learned / my next grow specifics:
Flush the coco, even if someone claims it's not needed.
Use H&G Cocos A+B + CalMagPlus + DripClean from the very start. 1st Week None, 2nd week Mild, then use H&G schedule.
I'm going to go back to using Tap water, since it's usually only 20-50 ppm.
I'll put the seedlings under lights as soon as I see them coming through.
I've got the fan running now, so hopefully not as much algae growth.
RH must stay above 40%
Temp around 75 - 78 F
